I must say that Payoneer provides the best customer support in the industry. I experienced a payment processing delay as I did not provide a document that was clear enough to get accepted by Payoneer. I contacted Payoneer customer support via live chat and over the phone. My questions were answered very professionally and politely and I got very professional and helpful advice. My problem was solved immediately after I had submitted the required document following the advice from the support staff. World-class customer service!
I had requested a Payoneer debit card, unfortunately for various reasons I never activated it. Today I contacted Payoneer asking to address and cancel the debit card addressed to me. I found for their part the maximum availability and proffessionality. The card was immediately disabled without any cost. Thank you for the support received
I'm a traveler and every time I needed a new card (one expired, one lost) it was a pain in the $#*!! It is not easy to get a new residence when you are a digital nomad.

If you are withdrawing money average wait time is from 2-4 days and you can recieve statement what is your status.
Do you want to know more? Wait aproximately 10 minutes for support and they provide you even with document which is confirming that bank accepted payment.
