Kind customer service, but communication & product knowledge is so poor. Response to clients problem is so late. One needs to keep calling and calling and will take a level up to the solution to your problem.

This is one of the best platforms for commercial payments from your customers. It lets you receive payments quickly and pay your expenses easily. And the most wonderful thing is the fast support service that allows you to communicate with a PERSON in your native language.

I opened my Payoneer account and not getting g the receiving payments. I called and Diego resolved it in 2 seconds.
Hopefully this will be my only interaction.
Also, I was all week frustrated with tha FAQ and support center. And Diego resolved it in a quick and very afable call.

Jamar, an employee of Payoneer, was very helpful on the telephone with me although he could not resolve my queries immediately he passed the information to the relevant parties who said they will look into my query and get back to me as soon as possible.
