Been battling with Payoneer since December 2021 to get my money they have held.
They blocked my card since December and for months I've had to submit all types of proof and documents just as a Fiverr freelancer. Yet after finally providing all the documents they asked for and having things verified. They still won't release the funds on the card they blocked since last year. I can't acess it on my account and the card no longer works.
Cotacted their customer service numerous times and no replies. Because I made it public on their FB page they also blocked me from commenting on their page. That is to show the low level of this company. But I will place the truth in other places as they are trying to hide things from real users of their platform.
Serious red flags for placing your money in Payoneer!
I called for my husband's account due to a pending payment. I've tried calling csr from other companies but this is the best csr to be honest, that I've ever experienced. Aside from their urge to resolve the issue, they are very friendly, accommodating and patient. They've gone the extra mile to make me feel at ease and it's the first time for me to trust every word they told me as a csr. Kudos to everyone for doing a great job!.
It was difficult to understand but at least i did and the coworker was great.
I was not really good at English cause its not my native language. But the representative understood the problem and repeated some topic couple of times. Most of the time i used the live chat option to solve my questions but this time over call i was afraid a lot. But she solved my problem so easily.
So if anyone is afraid like me, don't worries at all. They are too good to help you and solve your problem.

I was waiting my pending payment for 2 days. Unfortunately it was due to holiday (Saturday, Sunday). I called to customer care to complain, when support personal treat me politely and described the procedure, As I am NON ENGLISH customer there was some language problem (due to native pronunciation) she described me in simple way so I could understand the issue, I was really pleased.
