I just ordered 5 pairs of different glasses for my family. They are perfect! Everyone is happy with the choice of frames, very high quality and the lenses are better then what we got from the optometrist office. Our order came within 2/3 weeks perfectly!. Will order more pairs soon. I will always recommend Payne glasses to anyone and everyone.
My first online purchase of single vision glasses and I was so impressed by the quality and price, I ordered 2 more pairs! I can actually get "fun" frames that I normally wouldn't purchase because they are so affordable. And I don't have to freak out about possibly breaking them when doing yard/farm work. The glasses I ordered were a Christmas gift for my sister. They were lost in the mailing process. Payne Glasses were amazing at trying to help find the lost order. We were not able to locate the glasses so Payne Glasses sent me another pair asap. They arrived before Christmas and I was able to give my sister her glasses! Thank you so much. I ordered a second pair and I assumed my information was saved but I guess not now because on the side views my glasses are very blurry
I have several pairs of glasses, many of them special purpose. Because my vision is so bad that I can never be without glasses I have a pair and a spare and a spare for my spare all in my regular prescription. My specialty ones include driving (far distances), one room (optimized for short distances great for RV watching and navigating around my room), blue tint glasses (it helps dyslexics read), and sunglasses.
I get plastic frames because when the adjustable ones gets even a little out of whack my vision is impaired. With plastic ones every part stays exactly where it should be.
Payne Glasses is a perfect example of a lousy company with even worse customer service. I ordered a pair of glasses with lenses and some coatings. During checkout, you get a choice Pay for a Money-back guarantee if something should go wrong or not. I didn't pay and thought what kind of company even charges for this, it should be automatic? Right? WRONG! After weeks of waiting, I received my glasses which were bent out of shape. This company did everything they could not to help me. After threatening them with a chargeback, they acquiesced and sent me the same pair using their slowest form of shipping (most likely out of spite).
Want to avoid a headache and stress? Avoid Payne Glasses, they are exactly that, a PAIN.

My 1st pair of glasses I received were the wrong color. The 2nd pair of glasses are off a little with my bifocals.

This was my first time ordering from Payne. I have ordered from Zenni in the past. I also ventured into the realm of ordering my first pair of progressive lenses. My first pair arrived quickly! I was surprised at the quality of the frame for the price. The frame fit great and was very light weight. However, there was something wrong with the progressive lens. I contacted Payne and they worked closely with me to resolve. Some great follow-up and real concern to make it right. The issue was mostly me not being able to adjust to that progressive. I decided to upgrade to the driving progressive for only $20. I send the orginal back and they return shipped with the upgrade really quickly. Overall, it was a great experience and will buy from them again.
Bought three pair. One broke when they put the lens in. I reordered that pair again. That pair broke in the same place. I was very disappointed.
Was quick and easy. Am waiting on delivery of second order.
