I have ordered seven pair of frames/progressive lenses from Payne, four for me and two for my husband. Each pair has come out perfect. I can buy about three or four pairs for the price of glasses anywhere else. They have many stylish frames to choose from and ordering is easy.

The ordering and delivery process was very simple and efficient! My glasses were delivered way sooner than I expected, and they all fit perfectly, and look amazing!

Glasses came fast prescription was dead on the price was right they had many selections I would definitely recommend it to friends

Great service, my prescription was wrong initially from the optometrist. After I verified it. Customer service corrected the issue and sent out another set of glasses. I will buy again in the near future

There was a great selection of reasonably priced frames to choose from. Ordering was quick and easily done...except I couldn't figure out how to add a price reduction code to the order. Delivery was very quick...arrived in a week or so, better than expected. Excellent communication as to order acceptance and shipping details.

I see as well or better with my Payne glasses as I do with glasses from my local optical boutique which charges 4 x the price for a similar product.

Website is slow to respond and was unable for the longest time to get past confirmation of prescription to continue to place order. Shouldn't take 1/2 hour to order same frame as before only in sunglasses.
