I have used the payment gateway on my website for many years, now when I want to make a withdrawal of my money they ask me to update the KYC and since I sent all my documentation they do not want to answer me by any means. They responded me only once via Facebook messenger and from that moment they ignore all my messages, it seems that they simply want to steal my money. They no longer answer emails of any kind or through the Inquiries system, for almost 2 months. My inquiry #*******.if there is any update in my case, i will change the rating.

I only wanted to donate U$ 10 to some software developer. They put the donation on hold, due to recent activity on my account (which I do not have) and they want my ID-car for further verification. I won't send my ID-card to some unkown weird organisation.

To everyone, use well known methods of payment, not this scam site. And if any person or organisation uses PaymentWall, convince them to do otherwise, do not pay.

They want all of your data to confirm some game purchase really?!, ID, Credit Card details, after receiving them they my ask for blood samples and your family picture. Bull$#*!

Tried to buy pearls in Black Desert Online and they locked my card for literally no reason. Then asked for way too too sensitive information that anyone would feel uncomfortable giving. When you talk to their support and explain that holding a picture of your passport next to your face is ridiculous, they just send you the same pre written message asking for the info again and again. Wish the BDO community would go on strike or something until they remove paymentwall but alas, people on care about themselves and wouldn't help us who have been locked out of spending any money on a game we love

PaymentWall was fine as I used it to pay by VISA for a couple of online merchants. Issues began when my spouse wanted to buy something for me.
A month ago my spouse wanted to buy a couple of skincare items for me online from a website I have ordered from numerous times. He used his credit card with my shipping address. Suddenly, our account was flagged and automatically blocked. I understand they want to be secure and avoid fraudulent activity by taking extra measures - and extra measures they sure did. However, the items they request for in order to unblock your account are a bit of a stretch and even though we provided all the documents they requested (like taking a selfie photo while you hold your driver's licence for ID), they still do not approve our online purchase and we had to resubmit our selfie photos all over again holding our ID's. Strange process that is not efficient - if they were more efficient in processing their verification methods, that would be fine. So lesson learnt: if you ever see Payment Wall, ensure you are only using your own personal credit card. If you want to use a credit card with your spouse's name and the shipping address is in a different name, don't be surprised if your account is blocked and it's a tedious process to get your account unblocked

This company claims to provide payment services to websites like dating sites, but after spending many days trying to integrate their payment system, only then can you ask for a review, and they will decline you. Complete waste of time.

I suggest every company not to use this service especially if you are a gaming company. They made me wait 5 days, looked at the wrong account, and closed the inquiry.

If you sell virtual items, and you use these guys. Expect your player base to wait 5 days as I did just to get anything purchased. Do not use paymentwall.

One of the worst services I ever met in my life.
Have been working with them for 5 months, they DO pay you, but their system is literally garbage, the payments and customers are untrackeble.
Also, having had no transactions for the last 1 month, our bank account is being charged by them randomly. When asked for a report, they start bull$#*!ting.

Definitely avoid this company, you'll better off with any other payment processor companies, simply unbeliable.

I've been complaining about charges deducted from my account but no response from them. They once replied to my email but was very unprofessional

If they block your payments and tell you to provide any additional info just run and never try to buy from websites using them. They will drag for days, no customer service whatsoever, no way to contact them directly, very slow to respond, i suspect a 1-2 person company, risk of information theft from them or by them is way too high in my opinion.

Bought something on website that uses PaymentWall. I have used this exact card on that exact site before with no problems from the PC I am currently on.
PaymentWall says they need info.
Send them ID and receipt.
Within 15 minutes some "holy" sect in Delaware charges my card 257 USD.
Seems... quite a coincidence.
My card was cancelled in the end.
Not to mention they never resolved the payment within 40 hours and I had to call my bank in order to cancel the transactions.
Nice 32 bit encryption. Or maybe just selling info. Who knows.

This company is very disappointing. One of my accounts got blocked because I wouldn't give them my bank information for a payment I DIDN'T want to do. After explaining this many times they showed no effort or concern for all the trouble they have caused. They refuse to unblock my account and now I've had to move on and change everything since they demand my bank information. Very, very displeased. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I've had an encounter with PaymentWall during a purchase in an online game (Black Desert Online). They blocked payments from my account and were not willing to provide a reason why they've done so. Prior to PaymentWall providing their "services" for this online game, I was able to make various purchases without any trouble.

Upon processing my ticket, they actually demanded to receive a copy of my passport and credit card, which is in my opinion quite insane. Not even large and widely recognized platforms such as Steam or Battlenet have such ridiculous demands and I've been using those for quite a while.

My Advice to companies planning to do business with PaymentWall; avoid these people. This is either a scam, passing info and documents on to third parties, or a bunch of amateurs not understanding how to properly conduct business.

I used a debit card for a game called Elsword. The money made it to them, but they did not give me what I paid for. I had to wait several days just to get a refund from them. They took $2.82 for some type of fee and probably want more for sending my money back to me. Their name says it all, they block your payments. Simple as that. They also want you to create an account with them after the terrible service. Simply amazing.

Literally a scam. I'll be opening a legal case on these $#*!heads. Take my money, I take your company.

My card purchase was canceled for being a stolen card. They said the money had been returned to my bank account. Yet they already had taken the money from my bank account. To finish the purchase i had to give them my passport photo, drivers license and front and back side of my credit card. DO NOT USE THEM
EDIT: After i sent them that i left a bad review they now say they wont send me the money anymore.

I tried to make a payment to Unotelly and was directed to Paymentwall. First they blocked my transaction, then they could not find evidence of it and third asked me to provide personal identity details including passport etc. Felt like I was being scammed from the beginning and the "support" team were slow to react and took a long time to understand the issue. I would not recommend this organisation to anyone or for anything and would certainly not use them for my business

So ive spent thousands of dollars on black desert online. Its whatever because its over a long period of time spending money here and there. Suddenly today i go to spend 30 bucks and im required to provide photo id and front and back photos of my credit card. Im like no i exit that deciding ill just pay with paypal. Well now im locked out. I cant even spend money on the game at all anymore. When contacting there support i sent my photo id but apparently thats not enough i cant even get a reply from them. Paymentwall is not the company i was buying from nore the bank i was using. In a cloud based world where a $#*! pic will come back to haunt senators 20 years later i really dont want to just send a photo of my credit card out. This isnt pci complient and if i were frauded i could be held accountable to pay for putting my credit card out there intentionally via pictures. Generally you're not liable if your card information is misused, but if you make it possible by doing something really egregious, the card company could claim you were negligent and try to make you liable anyway. Something like "emailing photos of your card" might come close to that standard. So at the end of the day they ruined a game i enjoyed and will end up having to quit now because like all modern games its p2w. Basicly dont play #BDO so you can avoid wasting your money and time due to paymentwall.

I was buying something online for a dear friend of mine only to be hit with the wall of poop. I unfortunately went ahead and gave them my ID and part of my debit card info. They said all is well except that my Driver's License is expired (it's been a month). The only other way to prove that it is me is by giving them my passport or taking a selfie with my birth certificate. I really hesitated at that point. Also, I asked them for proof that I am doing something fraudulent and they said: "We are unable to provide the exact details as to why the account was suspended as it might jeopardize the fraud process that we have in place." What does that even mean? Why can't you tell me why you blocked MY account? I thought FedEx was a bad company, well Payment Wall beat them by a light year. Absolutely do not deal with them. They think that you are committing fraud but instead they THEMSELVES are the frauds.
