Terrible service

One of the worst services I ever met in my life.
Have been working with them for 5 months, they DO pay you, but their system is literally garbage, the payments and customers are untrackeble.
Also, having had no transactions for the last 1 month, our bank account is being charged by them randomly. When asked for a report, they start bull$#*!ting.

Definitely avoid this company, you'll better off with any other payment processor companies, simply unbeliable.

I have used the payment gateway on my website for many years, now when I want to make a withdrawal of my money they ask me to update the KYC and since I sent all my documentation they do not want to answer me by any means. They responded me only once via Facebook messenger and from that moment they ignore all my messages, it seems that they simply want to steal my money. They no longer answer emails of any kind or through the Inquiries system, for almost 2 months. My inquiry #*******.if there is any update in my case, i will change the rating.

PaymentWall was fine as I used it to pay by VISA for a couple of online merchants. Issues began when my spouse wanted to buy something for me.
A month ago my spouse wanted to buy a couple of skincare items for me online from a website I have ordered from numerous times. He used his credit card with my shipping address. Suddenly, our account was flagged and automatically blocked. I understand they want to be secure and avoid fraudulent activity by taking extra measures - and extra measures they sure did. However, the items they request for in order to unblock your account are a bit of a stretch and even though we provided all the documents they requested (like taking a selfie photo while you hold your driver's licence for ID), they still do not approve our online purchase and we had to resubmit our selfie photos all over again holding our ID's. Strange process that is not efficient - if they were more efficient in processing their verification methods, that would be fine. So lesson learnt: if you ever see Payment Wall, ensure you are only using your own personal credit card. If you want to use a credit card with your spouse's name and the shipping address is in a different name, don't be surprised if your account is blocked and it's a tedious process to get your account unblocked

Waste of time

They required a lot of documents. Not only id but unnecessary stuff like report from the bank, an example of electricity bill, etc. Also, they required to sign a tax document and make test integration in the site. It took almost 2 weeks for us to slowly fulfill their requirements. After that, we received a month of silence. They responded only once with a template message on my question about progress. We
As I see according to other comments they just collect people's documents and use them for who knows what way.

I suggest every company not to use this service especially if you are a gaming company. They made me wait 5 days, looked at the wrong account, and closed the inquiry.

If you sell virtual items, and you use these guys. Expect your player base to wait 5 days as I did just to get anything purchased. Do not use paymentwall.

Tried to buy pearls in Black Desert Online and they locked my card for literally no reason. Then asked for way too too sensitive information that anyone would feel uncomfortable giving. When you talk to their support and explain that holding a picture of your passport next to your face is ridiculous, they just send you the same pre written message asking for the info again and again. Wish the BDO community would go on strike or something until they remove paymentwall but alas, people on care about themselves and wouldn't help us who have been locked out of spending any money on a game we love

The company did not process my payment saying that I need to provide the legal documents for the transaction - my I.D., photo of the credit card.
They justify as a potentially fraudulent activity.
I did the same transaction 2 years ago for my Planner5D subscription. At the time they didn't collect your I.D., credit card photo, and additional legal proofs. For what, 9 dollars subscriptions?
DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!

Stay away from this

I only wanted to donate U$ 10 to some software developer. They put the donation on hold, due to recent activity on my account (which I do not have) and they want my ID-car for further verification. I won't send my ID-card to some unkown weird organisation.

To everyone, use well known methods of payment, not this scam site. And if any person or organisation uses PaymentWall, convince them to do otherwise, do not pay.

So ive spent thousands of dollars on black desert online. Its whatever because its over a long period of time spending money here and there. Suddenly today i go to spend 30 bucks and im required to provide photo id and front and back photos of my credit card. Im like no i exit that deciding ill just pay with paypal. Well now im locked out. I cant even spend money on the game at all anymore. When contacting there support i sent my photo id but apparently thats not enough i cant even get a reply from them. Paymentwall is not the company i was buying from nore the bank i was using. In a cloud based world where a $#*! pic will come back to haunt senators 20 years later i really dont want to just send a photo of my credit card out. This isnt pci complient and if i were frauded i could be held accountable to pay for putting my credit card out there intentionally via pictures. Generally you're not liable if your card information is misused, but if you make it possible by doing something really egregious, the card company could claim you were negligent and try to make you liable anyway. Something like "emailing photos of your card" might come close to that standard. So at the end of the day they ruined a game i enjoyed and will end up having to quit now because like all modern games its p2w. Basicly dont play #BDO so you can avoid wasting your money and time due to paymentwall.

If they block your payments and tell you to provide any additional info just run and never try to buy from websites using them. They will drag for days, no customer service whatsoever, no way to contact them directly, very slow to respond, i suspect a 1-2 person company, risk of information theft from them or by them is way too high in my opinion.

This company is very disappointing. One of my accounts got blocked because I wouldn't give them my bank information for a payment I DIDN'T want to do. After explaining this many times they showed no effort or concern for all the trouble they have caused. They refuse to unblock my account and now I've had to move on and change everything since they demand my bank information. Very, very displeased. DO NOT RECOMMEND
