I strongly advise against engaging with Paxful, as my experience indicates they may be operating in a scam-like manner. Proceed with caution, as involvement with them could result in significant financial losses and other negative consequences. I was faced with a choice: continue investing or close my account. But everything I say about them is accurate, and in order for them to reimburse me, I had to file a case against them. I contacted T.R.E.B.L.E.S.L.T.D. I wanted to buy BTC with Paypal and took the next best seller.
But after my transaction, strangely enough, not enough money arrived (despite included fees). And after a long discussion with the seller, he was supposed to transfer the money back to me, which didn't work out.

Be therefore careful with sellers who only have a few good ratings and come from non-EU countries. Avoid paypal friend transfers with extra fees, this seems to be a reason for scammers to avoid sending money back. In this case: NEVER withdraw the money from the escrow fund. There are scammers!

So if you want to make safe transactions and don't waste yout time and money - better avoid Paxful!

So I used Paxful for a few years and my account was fully verified, no problem whatsoever. Until one day, when I tried to transfer BTC to the same address I've been sending BTC to for months, the BTC address of a really good developer I've been working with for a long time, they froze my account and for 130 days they've been saying that they're investigating this. They won't let me take my money out of their garbage website and won't even agree to close my account and only let me have one final transfer out! So, basically, if they ever decide to, they can keep all your money and no one will help you. There's NOTHING you can do in that situation. So, avoid those thieves or you may regret it.

Paxful has frozen my account for 3 years now and every time i contact them they tell me that we are reviewing your account, 3 years now, take care of them!

Greetings. Registered on Paxful to trade USDT. Couldn't find my address on my document for a week and denied verification. After 2 letters directly to support, they checked again and found the address (at the beginning of the document. Starts with the word "Address"). Shame

Found a buyer for my USDT asset and made a deal. Buyer sent me a transfer, but not to the payment system specified in his ofer. The buyer received negative feedback from me for this.

After negative feedback he was instantly blocked by Paxful and all assets on his account. Buyer revoke payment in the bank.

As a result, I lose ALL my deposit (it is frozen on the blocked account). The amount is not small for me.

I am writing to support with a request to either give me my USDT from the locked account or unfreeze it (I am already communicating with the buyer in WhatsApp directly). To which I get a reply: we can't unblock the account due to our policy.

Conclusion: the policy is as follows - be a middleman, take your percentage, do NOTHING for your users and cheat and take their assets for yourself.

Terrible company. Exploits new users of cryptocurrency by charging them insanely high withdrawal fees. Then to make matters even worse they lie about the fee and say that it's going to the miners and that it's a bitcoin miner fee. That's Total BS. You can check the fee on the blockchain and it's nowhere even close to what they are charging you. LBC has fees that are 1/10th that of Pax. Yeah that's right, Paxful's withdrawal fees are 10X higher than LBC! Greedy opportunists!

Something is amiss with this so called plaxful. It's problem after problem. I have never done a satisfying transaction with plaxful first day of using their platform I lost my btc upon being charge $22.78 to send $42.00 all in the name of network charges it happened three times only when I use this plax$#*! but why that f**k are network charges only high when using plaxfool! All the transactions I made sending of btc to external wallets took forever to reach the beneficiaries... I personally hate this problem platform and worse off, they are not responsive do they really care about what people go through to get the crepto which they just handle anyhow. They must stop wasting our precious time and bring that $#*! down its a pain in the $#*!
