Great step by step guidance

A am working with a rescue Gsd that has never been socialised lived in a yard for her first year on her own and is experiencing everything for the fist time as a 12 month old. She was scared of her own shadow but with the training and tips I am getting I broke through her scared shell provided her with her safe place and began to show her that the world is not scary. Her training is new to me as training her is different to me as training a puppy is easier as they have no previous fears and are very treat oriented where Willow had no clue what rewards and treats were. The poor thing did not even know what a pat on the head or a stroke across the body was

Mistake purchase

I accidentally purchased an extra service on top of my original purchase. After asking for a refund, I understood I would not be able to get a refund, but after explaining my situation more clearly to another support person, the matter was resolved immediately. Very happy with customer support experience.

Potty training

It has been frustrating. The support is there, but sometimes feels generic and not applicable to my personal experience and difficulties. I have been told l overmanage her toileting and that l have to take her every 30 min. One excludes the other. There is however some progress in communication and good intentions are there. Overall a positive experience

Don't fall for the scam

Their ad misleads people to purchase a seemingly highly discounted product that's available for 30 days. The subscription info and cancellation method are both hidden from plain sight.
The videos are of very poor quality. Looks robotic and out of sync. The content is no use to me at all. I stopped accessing the materials before the 30 days was up, thinking that's the timeline the product is available to me unless I sign up for more. But after 30 days, they automatically charged an expensive monthly subscription fee without any transparency. I only found out when I checked my credit card statements. Then had to go search online for a "model cancellation form" to email them.
Some online info claims they are USA based but the website says Cyprus. Don't fall for this company's ads or products!

I strongly advise others to avoid PawChamp. I was unknowingly charged USD $79.99 every 3 months for over a year, despite never receiving any meaningful product, service, or support. The only emails I ever received were payment confirmations — no subscription details, no welcome information, no actual content of any kind. When I discovered the ongoing charges and asked for a refund, I was met with generic, scripted responses pointing to their "money-back guarantee" fine print. They refused to refund even the most recent charge, despite the fact that I had never once used or received their so-called service. Their "solution" was to offer me an extra 30 days of access to something I had never accessed in the first place. To me, this is at best disingenuous, and at worst, an outright scam designed to trap inattentive consumers in recurring payments. A quick online search shows I am far from the only one with this experience. If PawChamp wants to repair its reputation, it should: Stop hiding behind refund loopholes, Proactively provide clear subscription details up front, and Refund customers who have received nothing of value. Until then, my advice is simple: do not sign up.

I signed up for a 12 week cheap introductory offer and at the end, I attempted to sign in to make sure they had cancelled my account but I couldn't access the account. Then I got an auto renewal notification from PayPal. Only after filing a complaint through PayPal did I regain access to my account but they have NO ACCESS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE on the app. In a week they have not replied to any messages PayPal or I sent them through PayPal. They took my $79.99 and ran. The program itself was only "okay." Not much new information for me so I had no reason to keep it.

Complete scam.

The videos are poorly dubbed and not helpful at all. They push you into a subscription, start charging every couple of months and are completely unresponsive to requests for refunds and will actively fight you trying to get refunds through paypal.

I was charged $79.99 for a subscription I never knowingly renewed, nearly 8 months after signing up for a 3-month trial. I received no reminder emails, no renewal notice, and no confirmation of billing. When I reached out and shared that my dog had recently passed away (and I am still grieving for her) the company responded with an unsolicited grief guide and suggested that while getting a new dog isn't for everyone, I might consider it and I could use their training services when I do. No refund was offered, just a tone-deaf message ending with "Looking forward to your reply!" This is a predatory, unethical practice and incredibly disrespectful. I've disputed the charge with my credit card and do not recommend this company to anyone.

What a mess. Videos are super low quality with no real practical examples of the tools they're teaching. They're indoors with highly trained dogs which is just not helpful. The trainer often repeats herself over and over in the same video and the videos cut off literally mid-sentence. Don't waste your money. They're better options out there

Avoid at all costs, they subscribe you to future payments without your knowledge…only realised when they deducted £66 from my bank account without permission. Contacted them to say I didn't give permission so please refund my money…. They asked me a few questions then said I didn't qualify for a refund as i didn't cancel within 30 days! How could I when I didn't even know I was signed up until the paynent came out of my account a couple of months later!'
They then stopped replying to my emails.
No refund to date… do not sign up with this company.

Advertised as a "custom" plan for your dog, once you go through the process and sign up and pay all it is is generalized modules.

Looked at it and instantly regretted the purchase, they will not refund at all, would not recommend to anyone, all the information you pay for you can easily find for free on the internet
