I've been reading many other reviews and others had the same issues I have. I signed up specifically for free newsletters only (the prices of their packages was way too expensive for me) but they claimed I subscribed and have now charged me almost $200. That's a lot for me! Customer service seem pre-written and policy planned out to make it basically impossible like for anyone to relieve a refund anyway. But i didn't sign up to begin with. I still don't have a clear answer how to cancel this subscription that I never signed up for!
