I placed a large order on this American based site on December 2nd... and today, 12/26... Order not here and no update as to why it is still not here.
I began calling them a week ago every single day to check why my order had not yet been shipped. Their online chat feature was mildly helpful. The chat bot said I had been upgraded to Expedited shipping... but a label was not created until Saturday, December 19th. It was being shipped via FedEx and I was cautiously optimistic the package would arrive by the delivery date of 12/24. Christmas Eve was too late for about half of the gifts that are in the package it's still would work for the remaining people we would see after Christmas.
Imagine my surprise waking up on December 26 and not seeing any updated tracking information since December 22. This is American-based company should be able to fill orders almost an entire month before Christmas. The delay in getting this order is unacceptable. Can I hold the responsibility against the company and not FedEx.
I understand there are shipment delays and things are moving slower with delivery companies because of the plandemic... but they had this order almost 3 weeks before even sending it out for delivery. The delivery company delays should've been accounted for and the package should've been shipped sooner.
At this point, I'm going to go in and just cancel the charges on my credit card because when and if this package ever gets here it is just gonna be a thorn in my side and useless since half the people we were giving these to have now gone back to their homes.
This company has very desired products... and need to get their act together. This really is unacceptable. I didn't order custom things.
PLACED AN ORDER ON DECEMBER 4 WITH EXPEDITED SHIPPING - NOW 12-23-20, THEY STILL HAVE NOT SHIPPED- THEY DO NOT HAVE THE INVENTORY TO FULFILL THEIR ORDERS. AWFUL TO DEAL WITH!
I ordered November 28th and my order is still in processing. No response to two emails and no phone number to call.
Glasses were received shattered - no response from "customer service." I have contested the credit card charge.
Avoid this company. They are glad to take your dough but awful customer service. Zero communication once cash in their hands

Answer: Its not easy to get ahold of customer service because you cant. They don't have live agents available anymore either. I've checked repeatedly.
