Ordered 4 whiskey glasses and two wine- So anxious for them. Waited five weeks and sent an email about my order- Did not get a response but a few days later my order was finally shipped. When they finally arrived what a disappointment. You can barely see the engraving What a rip off

I placed this order in mid-November for (hopefully) Christmas delivery. The website says 3-5 processing days. After 11 days nothing had shipped. They will not answer the phone or take emails. The on-line chat feature is rude, and they simply shut it off when they no longer wish to talk to you. I was eventually advised that processing time is now 8 to 10 business days - 14 calendar days. Still nothing ships. They now say they can't guarantee when or if anything will. Stay away - this appears to be little more than an elaborate scam.

After waiting over a month, I got the wrong order completely. The packing slip included was for somebody else in a different state! Still waiting on the correct order. Also asked for a refund twice now and have not received it. Don't buy from them!

This glass is the perfect weight. The writing & picture are both perfect. It gets a lot of laughs. It sure is a conversation piece. Very pleased with this item. Most of all it is made in the USA. Great product!

Glass mug is as expected, nicer even since it seems etched instead of just a decal. Only thing is the year, since they successfully stole the election but that's not the mug's fault. That's a bigger problem.

I am so upset with this company order was placed 12/19/20 shipping was incorrect company wouldn't change the shipping. I had place two orders, it arrived today. The quality it terrible you can't see the design. The design is crooked not as pictured, 70.00 wasted I will NOT be buying from this company again

I wanted something truly unique for dad this year and he is SO into the 2A rights. I saw this one online and it was the perfect gift. It came in the coolest box too so I literally just gave it to my dad. He LOVED it and his buddies could not help it and bought more for them too. I am looking forward to the next thing Patriot's Cave has out there.

On Dec 5,2020 I places an order of 6 whisky glasses for Christmas, guaranteed delivery by Christmas. On Dec 23 they packaged them! Mailed out AFTER CHRISTMAS. This was after I canceled my order due to poor service. Never again! This happened to my friend who recommended them knowing my husband collected whiskey glasses! Ver disappointed!

I got the F Biden, F You glass and my family loved it. We all shared a good laugh over Christmas. It came in bubble wrap and everything was smooth sailing. I would highly recommend this company to everyone considering they were able to do all this during a pandemic too.

Just in time to pack and deliver all kinds of goodies to my friends. I actually put my order in kind of late so I was glad that they got it here on time. The glasses look fantastic and everyone loved their special 2020 snowflakes for the tree. Thank you Patriot's Cave for allowing me to give super unique presents to some of my patriotic family and friends.

We really love these glasses! We're getting a lot of comments on them - to the bad ones we say - $#*! your feelings! Just like the first set we bought!

I ordered whiskey glasses for my sister for a Christmas gift. Patriot Cave sent the wrong glasses. I have spent approximately 5 hours ( over several days) in their queue to speak with a customer service representative, sent emails and tried the online chat... nothing. I can deal with mistakes but make it right when mistakes happen. Very disappointed. I will never use or recommend anyone else to use this company. When I see posts for them on Facebook, I will comment with my negative experience and their lack of integrity.

If I could just twitch my nose and make these two idiots disappear, it would have been completed January 20th, and THE REAL PRESIDENT would STILL be in office. Just think of all the bull$#*! that would have never been. I hope every person guilty of participating in election fraud are hung in court square.
About the glass, I love it. I have several glasses from your company, it fits nicely in my Trump Shrine.

I placed an order on Nov 21. The status of the order remained at acknowledged for 9 business days. Finally receive email that the order is on it's way and was given a tracking number. Order remained at "label printed" stage for 2 days. After 2 more days, it is still sitting at the USPS facility in FL. I ordered Christmas gifts and I doubt I will receive them in time. I understand things are crazy, particularly with the mail, but 9 days to even get the order together? I do not understand and feel this is acceptable. It's a shame, they have some interesting merchandise, but how good is it if they cannot fulfill the order?

This sounds funny to say the quality of the glass is excellent. It's almost like a fine crystal. I've taken a picture of it and have showed it to many. I get Ooohs & Aaahs and High fives. Thank you.

I ordered several items from them and was missing one item so I contacted them with the problem via email. No response so I sent a follow-up and they asked for pictures, which I sent. No response after a week. I sent another email today and will wait to see if they will answer this one. The packing list had a spot for 'inspected by' and 'fulfilled by' but neither one was signed or initialed. Items I did receive are good but missing an item I paid for is unacceptable. I do not recommend them at this point in time. I will contact Paypal to see about a partial refund for the item I did not receive.
