This internet company is obviously new since this is the first review. I wish I could say they performed in a 5-Star manner. My order took an inordinate amount of time and was never fully filled. After several contacts and over 3-1/2 weeks of non-receipt, I filed a case with PayPal. A week after the case was filed I received a partial order with no explanation, no back-order noted. Once again I contacted them, and they apologized and said they were back-logged. Since this order was for Presidential campaign materials I fail to understand the lack of stock. Long story short PayPal refunded my money. THEN I received a notification from The Patriot's Cave asking me to prove my order was only partially fulfilled by sending them copies of the shipping documents. By this time I had all my money back from PayPal and had trashed the shipping materials. The quality of the partial order was good but I had to go out and buy other signs locally to get what I wanted.

I sincerely hope they improve their Customer Service communication going forward because this left a really bad taste in my mouth.

I placed an order on Nov 21. The status of the order remained at acknowledged for 9 business days. Finally receive email that the order is on it's way and was given a tracking number. Order remained at "label printed" stage for 2 days. After 2 more days, it is still sitting at the USPS facility in FL. I ordered Christmas gifts and I doubt I will receive them in time. I understand things are crazy, particularly with the mail, but 9 days to even get the order together? I do not understand and feel this is acceptable. It's a shame, they have some interesting merchandise, but how good is it if they cannot fulfill the order?

Ordered two glasses 11/26 and attempted to contact this company multiple times. When I finally got a response I was told bc I ordered thanksgiving weekend product would probably not ship till12/14. Well guess what still has not shipped. This company is the absolute worst, I will be disputing charges

Absolutely Horrendous

This company do not fulfill their promises and when I file a dispute with PayPal, all of a sudden they have your items! It took them over 3 weeks just to ship my items. Their website says they can not provide ship dates and I know why, it's because they don't have any of their products. This company sucks and I will never buy from them again!

I ordered my glassware on August 31, was supposed to be delivered Sept 9th, still nothing. I stopped payment through my credit card. If there was a zero star, even THAT would be too much!

Worst company I've ever dealt with and customer service sucks. I ordered my glasses 2 weeks before Christmas, paid the extra shipping and will NOT get them in time. And NOT out of stock. Lame excuse about "processing time". How long does it take to pack 3 glasses in a box and ship?!?!?!. Will never use this company again. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

It took 3 weeks to process my order after I emailed twice and did a chat with "customer service" who closed the chat. 3 mins after I asked for the refund a label was created for shipping and they were no longer able to process my refund until I returned the items. Customer service was very unprofessional and told me that after they get the returned items it would be 2 weeks before they would be able to process the refund. This company is an absolute joke.

I ordered Christmas Gifts for my crew on November 29th. Their website says 5-7 for shipping. When we had not received the gifts we emailed their "customer service" on the 16th. No reply. I finally called on December 21st. After 28 minutes on hold I finally got a rep that said the order had not even been fulfilled yet. She "escalated" it and said they would have it to me by Christmas. December 22nd still had no shipping email, called again. Another 23 minutes on hold for a rep. Thus time a dude tells me he is going to personally call the fulfillment department. That evening I get a shipping email. Expected Delivery date of December 29th! I call again and sit on hold for another 25 minutes and a different dude tells me there is nothing they can do to expedite the order after it has already shipped. So now I won't have these before Christmas and am going to have to pay my own postage to send them to the guys that were in town for Christmas but gone back home before I get them in!

I order 4 glasses on the 1st of December, it's still sitting in confirmation. I had reached out earlier this week and was told processing should take 5-7 days... well it's been 18. If my product does not arrive before xmas I will dispute it with my cc company PRODUCT NOT RECEIVED
It's really too bad they seem to have nice product
I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered 2 whiskey glasses and 4 masks on Dec 9,2020. I did receive a package on Dec 26 however the 4 masks where nowhere near what I ordered (the whiskey glasses were OK). I ordered THIS MASK IS AS USELESS AS OUT GOVERNOR, and I got MASKING UNDER PROTEST. WTH? I have sent numerous emails and messages on social media pages and STILL have not got a single reply. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. Now I have to go through disputing the charges with my bank. Lame..

Guess I should of took a look on here before I went ahead & made the same mistake as the rest of these dissatisfied customers did hard to believe one company could have so many negative reviews about them guess they can't get anything right cause they surely could not get any of my 3 orders right not only could they not get my order right I never even received any of my orders that I had order expecting them to arrive in time for Xmas & here we are Jan. 17th & I still haven't received all my orders I got some items but unbelievably their all the wrong items this company has got to be a joke how could a legit company get so many things screwed up it's just completely ridiculous 3 separate transactions & all 3 are wrong w/more than half of it missing & I've tried to reach out to them sent emails opened up disputes w/PayPal still no response & than when I finally do get some of my things what's not broken is all completely wrong what an absolute disgrace they don't have the first clue on how to run a business over there completely ridiculous to call yourselves one

Horrible Company

One star rating because I cannot select zero. I ordered 3 glasses on 12/5. They took my payment immediately of course. After two weeks, I began calling and emailing and "chatting" with them. On one of the "chats", the chat-er told me "you didn't order personalized items, so I assume it will arrive before Christmas" (I have a screen shot of it) yet, they haven't even shipped yet. When I spoke with "Charles" on the phone, I got the same canned answer that everyone else does. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. IT TOOK FOREVER TO GET HERE. THESE WERE SUPPOSED TO BE CHRISTMAS PRESENTS BUT TWO THINGS ARE WRONG. THEY GOT HERE THREE WEEKS AFTER CHRISTMAS AND THE QUALITY IS $#*!. I WOULD BE EMBARRASSED TO GIVE IT OUT. AND I AM NOW GETTING HASSELED OVER A REFUND

I am extremely unsatisfied with Patriots Cave. I would speak to someone directly about this but its impossible to reach a human being. I understand COVID has had a significant impact on businesses around the world so I have had some grace on this. However, I made a purchase Dec. 9,2020 understanding the order may not arrive before Christmas. I had a question about my purchase. Called in, was on hold for an hour without reaching someone. During my hold time I chatted in and finally reached someone 20 min after initiating my chat. A month after making my purchase I still had not been notified my order had shipped. I tried chatting in, with no agent available. I sent in an email with no response for days. I emailed again to follow up. Still no response. Tried a live chat, still not agent available. My purchased was finally shipped a week after my first email and I was given the wrong item. Tried chatting in again now and no agent available. Been sitting on hold for 35 min now as I write this.
