SHAMEFUL to use veteran as a front and be a FRAUD! ORDERD, CHARGED, NO PRODUCT OR UPDATE! SCAM! Tried contacting them and receive a generic ad to order more merchandise. What a sorry website to contact with little to no useful contact information! I wish I had researched better!

Placed order, no updates and not shipped over 1 week later. No phone # to call. All i get are marketing emails and texts. Do not order here.

I ordered a Trump mug shot tee shirt about a month ago from Patriot Depot. Paid for the order. Have received nothing since. Attempted to contact customer service. Nothing. Found out that I am not the only one, and this company is a clear a scam.

Ordered 2 tshirts, flag and garden item on 3/3/23.
3/14/23 only received tshirts. Tshirt company used is not good. Screening is faded and one shirt actually has spots on it. Emails take days for a response. Was told I would have missing products replaced and haven't heard if this is actually happening or not. Sent emails again asking what's going and would just like a refund to end this. I initially wanted to order the same flag on Amazon but wanted to support a business. Unfortunately should have trusted my gut as I've been dealing with this now for weeks.

Ordered a flag from them, got charged for it. Never got an email saying flag got shipped out. Waited 25 days, Sent an email to the company. Been 7 days since that email with no response.
Called the number on the website. No rings, straight to a voicemail that was (surprise) full. Can't leave a message

This is the message they sent when I ordered
"Thank you for your order! -- Our standard shipping lead time is (M-F) 7-10 "business days." As we are a small conservative company (and not a "woke" corporation) we sometimes need the additional time to get your orders shipped out. --- Generally, we are ahead of that lead time."

I'll take a "woke" company that doesn't steal my money over this

I've ordered more than a dozen t-shirts this past year, and it always comes down to not ever being able to get a hold of anyone at Patriot Depot customer service. Email and msgs. Left are never returned. All I needed was a sales receipt on my latest purchase that their site never sent me. Still waiting. You'd think if any website were to show their customers courtesy it would be one named Patriot Depot. Disappointed.

I'm a supporter of patriot businesses. Especially with amazing coffee! However, I'm NEVER shopping with Patriot Depot again! Their customer service is ZERO! I ordered my coffee 3 weeks ago! I've contacted them several times with ZERO responses back! Not only is that stealing my money, but just plain wrong!

Ordered an item on Thursday morning and paid $$$ for 2-day expedited shipping for a Father's Day gift. I tracked the item once it was shipped. The tracking site said delivery the following Tuesday by 8:00 p.m.! I did not receive the item in 2 days as I paid for. I emailed when day 2 passed and called the following Monday and left a voicemail. I have not heard a reply from either correspondence. The item did arrive Monday evening. I recommend steering clear of this bunch!

I ordered 3 sets of Trump sunshades The ship date was suppose to be 28 June and was suppose to get an email to track it. When i emailed them, I was told ship date was the 15 July. They would not give me a reason for delay but they did not hesitate to bill my credit card on the date i placed my order which was the 23 June. After a few emails of back and forth, and a call to customer service which was another company, and not getting satisfaction from their customer service, I cancelled my order. They did refund the credit card full amount There is no reason to bill a person 3 weeks before shipping. They are using your money to buy product or supplies.

Good products and lot's of them. I'll buy again. I like the quotes and sayings. The website is super patriotic and shows much love to the great US of A. Try to visit them and see if they have something for you, your family, and or friends.

This cute fella is a birthday gift from my husband, and is colorful, and appropriate since I'm a hunter, too. I love gnomes, and he sits on my work table! Not too big, and big enough to enjoy. Also, I have the bumper stickers to enjoy on my van: All in favor of gun control, raise your right arm, w/Hitler showing us how! Americans need to stay vigilant to those vowing to take our guns, take away our 2nd Amendment RIGHT, and try to subjugate us to their selfish, narcissistic, evil, power-hungry ways! NEVER! So, I am enjoying these stickers, too!
