I made an order for 3 washers of one kind and 2 of another. For whatever reason when order was sent, the quantity of 2 was correct and the 3 was only 1. Dang I thought, in 5 minutes I ordered 2 more to make the correct quantity of 3 total. After doing so I sent an email requesting the orders be shipped together to save $9 shipping. The response I got was the next day, sorry the orders have already shipped and was told to text/call next time. At that point in time no shipping info was received yet. Also something interesting, the first order arrived on 6/30(Sat) and the 2nd has not arrived yet(7-2). Sure leaves a WTH in my head. Guess I should have driven 60 miles to the dealer and got parts there. The mod on the scoot be done by now. I will call tmrw and see if there's help on figuring out why the package has been hanging out in Wichita Ks since late last week. Enough for now

Every purchase is correct, and shipped quickly. I've ordered countless parts for numerous machines, and have never, not once, had any issues, using Partzilla. If they have it in stock, I get it quick. Some things, though may be backordered, or discontinued and I can't lay blame to Partzilla for that. Partzilla pricing is right on point with all other vendors of OEM parts. I am very pleased with with their customer service on difficult to find or describe parts. Partzilla sucks... they've gotten too big to properly deal with customers... I placed my order on 06-17-22, parts were listed as available to ship within 2-3 days of order, as of 7-8-22, NOTHING... The most annoying thing about this transaction is no contact in any form stating there will be a delay... So, today I just went to call to cancel my order cause it can't be done on the net... I was put in a que with 101 people in front of me with an hour and forty minute estimated wait time... Anyhow, a simple email stating a delay would take place with my order would have been enough to pacify me. At this point, I no longer want to deal with them, just want my money back.

Needed a rear corner bumper assembly for a 2011 jet-ski. The diagram was easy to read, follow and order from. All parts fit perfectly. This will definitely be my go to place in the future.

I was in search of a fan temp switch for my 4 wheel and George was able to cross reference a part that was discontinued that will hopefully get me going again once I receive the part. That's all involved.
Prior to placing my order, all three items stated were in stock or 2/3 days to get re-stocked. I placed the order, CS sent an email next day stating only one of three were in stock and other two would come from Japan in about 30 days. Just happy they were cosmetic parts and not in a rush. Received the order today, correct product, proper protecting packaging and can finish my project. Overhaul am satisfied and recommend Partzilla.

I have ordered probably around 30-40 parts from Partzilla.com and all of my orders have shipped when they said they would and actually were shipped, none of that printing a label and sitting in a warehouse 3 days crap that you get on some ebay things. The prices usually can't be beat and I have a feeling they might price match if it's a legitimate comparison from a real company. All of my orders have been fulfilled completely the first time which is more than I can say for cough cough, RevZilla. Anyways I would recommend them to anyone!

This has happened in the past, too. Parts show in stock, then it takes 2 days to find out only part of my order ships because half of the parts go to back order. Parts look up still shows the parts as being "in stock"?
Now my customer has to wait. Could have gotten the part on eBay for $10 less and had it in 3-4 days. This is yet another reason I use Rocky Mountain ATV more and more. Order from them by 4:00 pm, sometimes later, usually have it the next day.
