Parts select had the part I needed for my dryer and I was able to order it without any issues. It came very fast within about a week or so and I was able to repair my dryer quickly and easily without any issues..

Several of the buttons on the panel of my oven had worn off. It looked terrible! I was so pleased to find a replacement panel. It was super easy to apply. Now my oven looks as good as new!

I was totally amazed how simple it was to get a fan motor for my refrigerator. All I did was put in my fridge model number and it popped up a exact picture, price and description of the part. Price was within what I expected and to beat all the part was at my residence way before I expected due to pandemic. I tried going to Sears direct parts and they did not have the replacement parts I needed for my Kenmore range (5 years old). Then I found Parts Select and in 2 days I had my parts and at a better price than Sears was "discounting" their part. Now I know where to go for Kenmore parts.

It's cheaper on amazon…about 80.00 cheaper…and i paid 30.00 extra for next day. That was a joke because i got it 2 days later. CS was a nice lady who was of no help. I ordered a heating element for my whirlpool dryer.

It has been several weeks and I have not received the item I ordered. I checked FedEx tracking and you requested a pick up on April 9th. I have already been billed for the item by Visa and paid the statement. What gives? If you cannot get the item I ordered, please refund my money. This is terrible service. We have an old dryer that needed 2 parts. Parts Select had what we needed. The order was processed immediately and we received the parts in 2 days. We were emailed a "how to install " video for each part. We followed the instructions. The new parts were in and the dryer runs great now. We will continue to order from Parts Select.

I have a Kenmore dishwasher that was purchased about ten years ago. The dishwasher still works fine but a number of the plastic parts on both the upper and lower racks have worn out. Parts Select handles the parts, ships them in a timely manner, and offers both written and video directions for replacing the parts. When I have needed to call for assistance, the person I've talked to was very helpful.
