It has been several weeks and I have not received the item I ordered. I checked FedEx tracking and you requested a pick up on April 9th. I have already been billed for the item by Visa and paid the statement. What gives? If you cannot get the item I ordered, please refund my money. This is terrible service. Call me and let me know, you owe me that courtesy. My number is *******260.
