We have an old dryer that needed 2 parts. Parts Select had what we needed. The order was processed immediately and we received the parts in 2 days. We were emailed a "how to install " video for each part. We followed the instructions. The new parts were in and the dryer runs great now. We will continue to order from Parts Select.
It has been several weeks and I have not received the item I ordered. I checked FedEx tracking and you requested a pick up on April 9th. I have already been billed for the item by Visa and paid the statement. What gives? If you cannot get the item I ordered, please refund my money. This is terrible service. After double checking the model of the range and part that was required, the wrong part was sent anyway. I ended up having to call a repair person anyway. Now I have a part that I can't or couldn't use.
