I ordered a part for my 27" wall oven from PartsDr online. I entered my model number and GE part number. PartsDr informed me of the part I needed and I ordered the part they recommended. I paid for extra for 2 day shipping, but the part did not arrive until 5 days later. When I opened the box I discovered that they sent me a part for a 30" wall oven (which could not possibly be used on my 27" oven, I requested a refund and was told that I needed to ship their part back at my expense in order to receive a refund. Several days later I received a refund (for the part only less a 5% restocking fee). This was PartsDr's error not mine. I ended up paying $59.32 regarding that part PLUS another $40+ for return shipping and insurance. What a CROCK!
I will never order anything again from PartsDr and you should not order anything from them either.
Ordered Dacor oven door hinges.Got the package three days later when I opened the package their was only one hinge in the package.call and email after email to try to resolve issue.So problematic, they made the error and now I'm dealing with the issue.Stay away from this company.They also block my number from getting through

Won't take anything back if you try it. How u gonna know if the parts fix your problem without trying them. Just find it on Amazon or eBay. Hope this company tanks. Bunch of losers! Amazon will take anything back. Get with 2023! You suck!

Tried to purchase a part from them, they said 6weeks. 6 weeks passed, When I asked for an update, they cancelled my order without warning or allowing me to cancel. Blocked my both numbers from calling their customer service. ( I was NEVER rude, didn't cuss or call anyone out of their name) they deleted my account so that I wouldn't be able to log into my account to make a complaint. When I called to speak to a manager or supervisor. They didn't have one in the office at the time. (All lies I believe) I hope Courtney and Ryan get fired. I should have checked the rating on this company before purchasing. They seem like they're scamming people by lying to them about ordering your parts. When they don't have any. Seems like a scam to me.
Found my part with Parts Direct! My stove is an older stove so parts sometimes are hard to find, especially drip pans and as you know the ones that you can buy at Walmart don't quite fit...they kinda tilt to one side! Thanks Parts Direct!
Finally found a site that named the matching refrigerator model to the shelf I ordered. Would help if you provided the dimension measurements, ie. In my case 12 7/8" wide x 13" deep. Please verify. Thx.
I was delightfully surprised to find every single part for my fridge on this site. Our water dispenser stopped working and after some YouTubing, thought we figured out the problem. Found this site to order the part and they had a super helpful note below the part saying it could actually be the control bracket that holds the part we thought we needed. We pulled the face plate off and the bracket pins fell out. They were right! Saved us money and frustration. We have bookmarked this site and will use them again.
I ordered a $120 part from this company for a stove and paid for express shipping and an additional $33. On the day it was suppose to arrive, i received and email stating the part they were going to ship was defective and that another part will be shipped instead. When the delay was addressed, only a partial refund was issued when the entire express shipping cost should have been refunded. When part was finally received it was defective. It was the correct part but one of the ports was milled incorrectly. The only way that was discovered or could be discovered was during installation and no other way. When addressed with company the declined a refund and suggested I sell it to recoup my $120 loss. To be clear, they wanted me to resell a defective part to someone else like they sold to me. This company is obviously corrupt and preys on innocent customers. Do not order anything from this company they will steal your money!
Paid for 1 day shipping. UPS has air 1 day guarantee. It was delayed and this company would not refund the guarantee shipping cost even though they would get a refund from UPS. Dishonorable to say the least. We will purchase elsewhere for now on. Don't deal with a company that doesn't put their customers first.
I needed a part for an urgent repair. I thoroughly explained the situation. I paid for their overnight shipping. First, they told me the wrong carrier who would be delivering the item. Second, they told me I could contact the carrier to change the delivery instructions so I could pick it up at the carrier's site instead of waiting for the delivery truck. Which I couldn't do, only the shipper can change the delivery instructions, which, as it was their idea, Parts Dr could have done. Third, they told me they were in a different time zone but didn't mention that the part was being shipped from a site only about 40 minutes from my home, which wouldn't matter either, since they told me I would not be able to pick it up there. Bottom line is too little, too late, they could have helped me but they didn't want to. At the time of this writing, I cannot comment on whether they sent me the right part.

These guys should just put on their website that they don't do returns at all.
They make you sent back the part and then tell you that since you tried the item they can't take it back.
What are you supposed to do if it's the wrong part?
And they claim they will discard the part if you don't pay for them to ship it back to you.

Brought a part for washer wrong one after website said it will work but didn't fit. Called in to refund had to fill out a form which I did but it's a miracle that it didn't get submitted hum wonder why bc maybe they don't wanna refund your money to me sound a scamming company would never recommend or use this company every again
This company is a joke! They just drop ship. Do not use them! They sent me (well someone sent me) about a 10 year old part then they told me to trash it and they'd send me a new one. Then changed their mind and wanted the old one back before they'd send me a new one (bc the company they used to ship me the old part wanted it back). So I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Now they are threatening to file a police report against me for stolen property. The person who owns this drop shipping company is literally crazy or broke af going after a customer for $100 when they are sending out a broken used parts.
I watched this video to replace a thermostat. The guy knows what he is doing, and you can order the parts from the Parts Dr. Easy and plenty of reviews and further suggestions for how to replace it.
I ordered a part for my GE fridge, and paid $33 to have it shipped overnight. PartsDR sent wrong part, even though I verified the model and serial number of my fridge on their site. They sent me the same part for a different model, which didn't fit. I called about returning it, and the customer service rep was rude and obnoxious, told me I had to email for a refund. Many emails later, they finally agreed to a partial refund but would not refund shipping or pay to have the WRONG PART returned! These scam artists are too cheap to acknowledge they made a mistake. Based on their responses to other complaints on this site, they believe they are perfect and never make a mistake.
I wish I could give negative stars! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They send defective parts and then claim since they were "installed" they can't credit you back your money for the defective part (after you shipped it back to them per their instructions). How would you know it was defective if you don't try it? They will tell you they have a return policy, but when you return the item, following the instructions that the company sends you, they make excuses on why they won't refund your money after they receive the part back. (Check many of the REAL reviews and you will find there are SO many complaints about this). Their only response is that they can ship you back your part, but you will have to pay the shipping. Save yourself the trouble and headache and stay FAR AWAY from this company!

Do not purchase products from this company. The parts are of poor quality and there customer service is lacking. This company will not issue any refunds, returns or replacement parts. If a customer has a problem with a part it is always something that the customer did incorrectly. Do not waste your time or money. There parts are inexpensive because they are selling poor quality junk.
