Do not recommend! I ordered a phone back glass assembly with other pre-attached components, but they sent me a barebone back glass with nothing on it (also available on the website for cheaper). Since those components are not sold separately, I could not buy them separately to attach to the back glass, and therefore I requested a return. First, they tried to talk me into ordering a new one before returning the wrong item in order to "save time", but since I felt something was off, I told them I wanted to finish the return before doing anything else. They then asked me to pay for shipping to return the part to China, which would cost almost as much as the part I ordered. At least I only took a loss on one order instead of two if I had been as trusting as they hoped.

I have order lcd for my blackberry, i paid extras to shipped with dhl and is more than 12 days that they did not have sent the package to dhl, they just sent to me an number to track but when i contacted the dhl the dhl inform me that rthe number is only booking number but not a package tracking number. All is froud.

Ordered parts for my blackberry have good prices and the site had good reviews, boy was i wrong. Also I think they are in cahoots with DHL charged extra for shipping to Italy, apparently i am in a rural area, once shipped i got hit with custom charges which were the same amount of the additional charge for shipping. Anyway received the part and tested it and found it partially worked, after further investigation I noticed the serial numbers didn't match. Tried calling and email but no luck.

Just received my screen replacement and broken on arrival. (Connector part snapped off) Website says 'new' part but clearly not as old glue evident on broken connector part and very visible past handling. Very insecure packaging could have contributed to snapped part. Happy to send picture to prove all of this. Just reached out to customer service. We will see how that goes but from what I am reading I'm not holding my breath. Might well have thrown $40 in the garbage and saved a lot of time potentially! Price seemed a bit too good to be true.
Time will tell.

I ordered simtray for motorola X2027, I lost my original tray one year ago, I couldn't find another option but I keep on trying and finally got a perfect one with parts4repair.com.to be honest initially I didn't trust their process but I don't have other option so I forced myself to pick up this chance. I have ordered a screen from them 2 months ago.
I have never received it, they didn't do anything to help me finding out what happened, they haven't even answered any e-mail since 2 weeks.

Order a FPC connector for a Galaxy Tab. After I placed the order I noticed that I order the worng part. I immediatly sent and email asking for them to cancel the order or allow me to reorder the proper part. Got an auto email back saying they were on vacation for the week and they would try and look into it. Waited a week and emailed again with no response. After another week I got notified that the part was mailed out.

All I wanted was the proper part. Their resolution was for me to order the new part and they would ship it free. What a deal?

Do not use this company. Who goes on vacation and just ignores their company?

Ordered parts for Xperia Z2. Display assembly faulty, not always responding. Ordered another coz I thought I might have damaged it, same problem. Back cover cracked as soon as it was fitted.
Customer service kept saying this is my fault and want me to send the faulty screen for testing... yeah, right, at least one month without a phone?

Stay away from this supplier.

Bought two Sony xperia screens one didnt work so returned at my own cost and now has been conveniently lost.
Poor communication. Slow service and now the working screan is dead as well. O well ypu live and learn just wish I had read the other reviews first..

I have ordered a new screen for my mobile and paid per PayPal. After two weeks I got the message that they do not have this item.
Now I hope to get my money back.

Second time they have sent me faulty parts. It's like they just pull apart old phones and send you potentially broken parts.

Don't use these scammers.

I bought this Brand New LG G2 Complete Screen Ressembly from parts4repair.com ands it has a dead horizontal area on the touch screen. They asked me to disassemble the screen, keep the rest of the parts somewhere like it's a bunch of screws and stay for a month without a phone just to send it back to china for testing. The screen was supposed to be original g2 screen (50$). The fact that we pay in advance and get faulty products but they can't send us new ones in advance and then take back the faulty for testing or whatever they want to do with them is very disappointing. No respect for costumers. Avoid this online shop.

They also asked me for a video which of course I uploaded to youtube :P

Back housing cover for a Samsung S2 tablet. Item condition stated as "New". It was not. I received a used part with all the securing tabs broken off. Essentially a worthless part unless I use duct tape to secure it to the tablet, lol. I do give them an extra point for very good packaging. Parent company located in PRC.

I ordered lcd for sony xperia m2 and I received damaged lcd display. I contacted them via email but I never received any answer. Now I am looking to order it from somewhere else.

I only used this site as they were the first to have parts in stock for some of the new phones.
2 digitizers were faulty with non sensing patches and an LCD display worked ok, but you could see the 2 lines of double tape used to hold it in its frame. I should return them all really but the postage cost is putting me off..
