This is the first place I come to when looking for computer parts for my needs. If they don't have what I'm looking for then I use the part numbers to look other online places. I trust Parts People because they haven't let me down when it comes to condition of the parts and how fast it arrives.

I search online. Found the wrong part but this site let me know it was the wrong part without me having to do a lot of research and helped me get the right part. Shipping was extremely fast and motherboard was in excellent condition. The shipping was excellent to make sure nothing for messed up in transit. A++.

I ordered online, motherboard showed up in 2 days. I was a little concerned at first when I couldn't get the keyboard to work but re-seated some connections. Then I couldn't get Linux installed. Long story short all the issues were mine (hd to upgrade the laptop's bios and a couple other things. Laptop in question works better than new.

I ordered a replacement laptop keyboard that was delivered very promptly; no complaint there. It came without the ribbon cable so I had to remove my old ribbon for reuse with this keyboard. I would have been happier if the keyboard came with a cable. I ordered a replacement cable but still having problems.

What was amazing are the videos that explain how to replace the parts. I was impressed and very glad that this was available. I was confident ordering the part because I knew the video would lead me through the steps for a complete successful part replacement.

Mark communicated with me via email, and he helped me understand my purchase and how the component would work in my device, and he helped me pick the right products from the selection. He also showed me a few other things that I had asked about, but I have not decided to purchase.

The person I talked to on the phone was very knowledgeable and confirmed that I has looking at the correct part. The part shipped the same day it was ordered, I will certainly use Parts-people for my future needs.

I email corresponded to make sure I was ordering the correct screen. They asked for my tag # and verified what part I needed and reiterated that when I asked again to verify. I would order again from them.

They had the parts I needed and the price was fair, and I feel it's a better bet than eBay. I just wish they would photograph the part # on the part they are selling so you can see if your part is the same numbers as the parts they are selling.(yes they say it is part # xx, but sometimes my parts I don't see the same numbers and not sure where to see that # on the part.

I contacted a customer service representative to get more details on part I ordered to replace on a laptop and the part came as described. I performed the replacement myself and the part works just fine. Laptop looks brand new with no more missing power button. Laptop powers on just fine.

Having spare parts to repair objects is the way to extend their life and reduce our impact on the planet... And this kind of service is probably damaging for the ecomomic growth of the world's global business, which is indeed a good thing.
