Their map to find parking lots is great BUT do not use parkme.com to reserve any open lot parking spaces. There is no attendant to reserve your spot. Only building garages will have an attendant and even then your wasting your money as you still have to drive around to find one.
They have no customer support thru e-mail and when you call they put you on hold and don't come back.
