Parisflatlist

We booked from June 14th to 17th with PARISFLATLIST, but we did not like the tiny apartment at all. It was dirty, and we had to sleep on an old, small sofa, so we agreed with the manager, Nadia Megherbi, to leave the apartment. We returned the key, and she promised to refund us the deposit and the payment for the first night. She deceived us, and after reporting it to the police station in Paris, we are now in the process of filing a fraud complaint in Spain.

PROS: I worked with Nadia for 3 years booking her place repeatedly; each time Covid restrictions forced us to cancel. Nadia worked with me every time, refunding my deposits as expected. I finally went in late August, 2022 - my 10th trip to Paris! The apartment is in a quiet, remote area of the city with easy access to metros 6 & 8. We enjoyed the outdoor rooftop almost every evening... the best part of the experience, really. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds are comfortable, it's spacious and relaxing. Nadia was quick to respond to emails throughout our 2 week stay. The nearby Monoprix was larger than expected with fresh meat/fish sections. There are 2 nearby bread/pastry stores and enough restaurants within 2 metro stops to satisfy. Ample closets with hangers and most other amenities as listed. We felt safe. Very satisfied with our stay!
CONS: The flat was tidy, but more attention to detail is preferred (hair in the bathroom, empty croissant bag in the dining room, laundry in the washer, etc.). The internet connection was the slowest I've experienced in Paris. There was an opened bottle of white wine in the refrigerator (thanks - we needed that!), along with other food in both the refrigerator and freezer that was unexpected and unused. Otherwise, delightful!

We stayed in this house for 3 nights and the location was perfect.
The house was full of comfort and commodities.
Totally recommended!

Les deux chambres sont idéales, le salon est grand.
