I am about to cancel this service. I use my phone to watch television shows when I do cardio. Recently, an update is required. My phone says the iOS is up to date and yet, the update for Paramount Plus takes me in circles. It tells me I need the update, my phone says it's updated and then I can't download the latest version of Paramount Plus. I don't even want the latest version. I was just fine with the old version. At least then I was able to watch my television shows.

Absolutely disgraceful service

Absolutely abysmal service. I've had paramount for about 6 weeks now and I only watch it one day a week on a weekend and EVERY SINGLE TIME I try and watch something there's an error! I have 800mb broadband and have absolutely zero issues with Netflix to its 100% their $#*!ty servers. Sort it out!

I decided yesterday reviewing Paramount+. They obviously saved money on tech-support since the service keeps freezing and when I say every other day it works, I mean every other day it does not and that is not an exaggeration. Yesterday the streaming service froze so I went back to Netflix so today I assumed it would work since it didn't yesterday. It not only did not work. It locked up my whole TV and I had to unplug the TV just so I could watch TV their first thought as well. It must be your Internet but right now I can go to Netflix or prime without a problem. Talk to you tomorrow to let you know how awful the service is. Don't go by what I say. Look at their overall reviews in the last 12 days they've had zero positive earnings lol evidently they have a lot of complaints with the Better Business Bureau and they are actually being sued. Looks like because if you try to cancel, they don't give you your money back when you've paid for a year or that was stupid of Me

Do not buy

Great shows but you can't watch anything absolutely the worst service of all streaming services. Took us almost 3 hours to watch 1 episode of 1923 kept buffering and shutting off

They DO NOT keep TPIR and LMAD episodes current! Last show uploaded by them was 2 months ago. There is NO customer service. NONE. NONE! If it wasn't free via Walmart I would have cancelled it a long time ago. Even if you TRY TO complain about it online...they say "theres lots of other stuff to watch". HA HA HA. Pitiful.

Who's the idiot in charge of the app and uploaded Evil season 4, Halo season 2, and many others? Why won't paramount + address this and many other issues that has been ongoing for years on their app?

Class action lawsuit against paramount + is needed.

Just bad...

Can only stream TV shows. Everytime we try to stream a movie...it crashes my TV into a hard restart. I can use my other services perfectly fine. Do not purchase,not worth it at all.

Junk streaming

Constantly freezing on football games. I checked with technical support and they said my internet connection was weak but that isn't the case because it's only on football games. Hopefully the NFL doesn't use this network next season

As others have stated, the Paramount + app on my Firestick is awful. It "forgets" where I was in a series. I regularly get freezes and the rotating wait arrow. Sometime it will stop in the middle of a show with an error message. While it is possible to watch the content, it is just aggravating when compared to every other streaming app I've used. The strange part is P+ made themselves the home of Star Trek. For that audience the need to be the leader in user interface, not the industry laggard!

BTW. — After typing this I see this wants proof of purchase and photos. Really? I have better things to do then take photos of TV screen error messages and route around for proof of purchase.

Black sunshine

Black sunshine commercial is against every other race
You're brainwashing my child whose brain is not developed yet with your Black Sunshine crap! Im a very concerned parent and I'm infuriated with content on Nick Jr that I saw that has been affecting my 3yr old daughter and her mental health. I am speaking about the five minute long black sunshine commercial That broadcasts daily I cannot imagine the kind of outlash that would occur if you were to broadcast my white sunshine Asian sunshine or any other race sunshine why is black sunshine OK? Not only does this commercial exclude any other race but it has also directly impacts my child's mental health and well-being. Every morning she apologizes to me that she is not a black sunshine, I demand this commercial be taken down immediately. The content Nick Jr is promoting in this commercial Has left my poor three-year-old daughter feeling so inadequate about herself that she feels the need to apologize to me on a daily basis that she is not a black sunshine and every morning she asks me why is she not a black sunshine? I expect immediate action to be taken for this matter before I escalate this even further. I expect this commercial to be discontinued immediately along with an apology broadcasted to all the other races that were excluded from Nick jr racism. And I expect my daughter to be compensated for the trauma and mental abuse that Nick jr has inflicted on her poor little heart. Nothing is more devastating than having to explain to my 3yr old that she is a sunshine and she is enough and it doesn't matter what color she is and all because Nick jr played a 10 min commercial daily saying I'm a black sunshine shine, shine my black sunshine. I will take this to every branch of the Internet and expect my daughter is compensated or I will take matters into my own hands. Looking forward to see how Nick Jr plans on dealing with this travesty they have brought into my life, and for all of the emotional turmoil they inflicted on my 3yr old daughter Sincerely, Enraged Parent

They will offer you free time when you go to cancel. Before the free time expires they will charge your card, sometimes multiple times. Customer service is always "20 minutes away" but never answers. I had to go thru some BS to block them from charging me even after canceling my account completely. I have account screenshot and other info to prove it. Update while writing this they answered after around 40 minutes. I asked them to stop charging my card. They tried to offer me another "deal" lol. They said they would stop the charge and cancel my account. Finally! We will see if this truly happens. Shouldn't have had to go thru this. Dont give free time if you dont want to. I added screen shots of my paramount account and cashapp. I have two more images of cashapp screenshots showing they charge me every day until 1/12/2024. If it happenes again ill be back=).

I've been a customer now for about 4 months. Since is signed up, I've encountered NUMEROUS ads and the inability to 'locate' where I have left off on a show, without having to locate it again via FF. And, the numerous stops while watching a program, and not knowing what the program is doing (searching for content, signal, intelligence) is infuriating! It just stops and goes dark! My wi-fi singal is strong. The inability of Paramount+ to provide adequate signal/processes, at their cost, will nor incur a second subscription!

Way too many Commercials
November 23, 2023

Just about everything Taylor Sheridan is pretty good, however only releasing one episode a week and the crazy amount of commercials, ensures I'll continue to sub and unsub as I see fit for Sheridan's series. Even the premiere subscription has commercials and lots of them.

I would give zero starts if I could. It has always been buggy, but now it is unusable. The minute it goes to commercial it starts to loop. The fixes they tell you to try don't work. I have tried everything. Worst streaming app ever. I don't have this problem with my other apps. So I guess I am done watching CBS shows. No big loss.

So many adds that are long and like 4 per episode! Plus the streaming is terrible and skips and freezes regularly…. And no it's not internet connection it their servers…. There selection is so so…. Honestly the worst streaming service there is! N
