I ordered less than 30 sheets of paper weeks ago, and still haven't received them. I have sent numerous emails, and was told last week that "it would be shipped tomorrow." According to the tracking number that I just received yesterday (after over two weeks of placing my order), it is still sitting across the country. I had expressed my concerns and inquired about stopping the shipment altogether, but was reassured that I would receive it in time. I am now a day away from my event, and need to scramble to pull something together.

Highly recommend that if you need the product within 8 weeks after placing your order, save yourself a headache and go literally anywhere else.

I ordered Cougar White A-7 envelopes for my wedding invitations but had to return them because the paper wasn't opaque enough and didn't fit my envelope liners. The edge of the flap looked as if it was not cut with a sharp enough blade and wasn't straight nor smooth. I emailed for a return, which they granted, but a month has passed and they claim they didn't not receive my items, and I have not received a refund. They have not returned my emails or phone call where I have asked that they confirm the shipping address given to me. Of course I cannot locate my tracking number from Canada Post, which is my own stupid fault, but that is no justification for their poor service or product.

Purchased envelope liners for A7 Euro flap envelopes that I purchased elsewhere. Even though the specific size envelope was selected (as shown on my invoice), they DID NOT fit. I had to send them out anyway since they were time specific invitations and I had not heard back from them for a few weeks. Each time she replied, she acted as if it was the 1st time I had emailed her. Eventually after about 4 weeks, she said the liners ONLY FIT HER A7 envelopes. This is BS. A7 is A7! Further, she should have disclaimed that on her website. In the end I was out $150, and my classy invitations looked horrible.

I ordered from Paper Garden and needed the envelopes quickly. The shipping time said four business days so I went for it. My email confirmation said that it would take 7 business days just for them to ship it. Eight days went by and I contacted them about my shipment. They said I hadn't completed my order. I sent them a screenshot of my confirmation email and didn't get a response. By the time I had to email them again I was pretty mad and ended up deciding to just cancel the damn order. They said they wished they would have seen the cancellation email before shipping. I looked at the time of pickup and it was shortly after I had complained about my order not being shipped. Four day shipping was also a lie because the estimated delivery date was 7 days from shipping. Will never order from this place again. I found another place that had cheaper products anyway.

I placed an order because I thought the location was close to my house and wanted to do curbside pick up. Curbside pick up was not an option but it was 4 days expedited shipping. I did not get my package for over 2 weeks. Once I got the package, one of the items that I ordered did not arrive. I messaged to get reinbursed for the missing item and did not get a response. Would not order again as they missed an item, no communication and very slow shipping.

I am still waiting for a shipment and its now going on day nine of seven business days and when I sent an e-mail and asked if my product was in the mail, she responded with "We're waiting for processing" which did not answer my question until I sent another Email, which she promptly informed me that it was only day six, but if you are expecting things to be shipped in an orderly fashion within seven days forget about it. I recommend envelopes dot com out of Amityville NY, who will ship right away, because they are an American company and they ship immediately and your items will arrive long before seven business days?

Arrived quickly and everything was as I hoped - colors and quality were great. Very excited to start my project using my Paper Garden order!
