I purchased a snowblower. Paid $75 extra for over sized item to ship, also paid $111 extra for shipping insurance to cover shipping damages or lost parts. The shipping container with the product was delivered to me all taped up and parts falling out as it was removed from the truck.
I sent pictures of shipment and a list of missing parts a week ago and they still do not have an answer for me on if im going to be sent the missing parts.
Everytime I call they say they are working on it and they will have an answer in 24 hours. Then a day goes by and their answer is that I will have an answer in another 24 hours.
Never purchase from them!

Flail Mower Fails
July 21, 2023

Mower broke 2nd use, less than 2 hours mowing short grass. Filed warranty claim on internet, only way to contact them. Told me to take it and get repair estimate. Did that, not worth fixing. Sent photos and video as requested. 10 weeks into this, have not had response from company in 3 weeks. Since mower is unusable and not repairable, I requested refund. No response since that request. Mower was purchased in December, broke on second use in May, company claims 1 year warranty. They only accept calls to place orders. All other business is email and any correspondence with them takes 5-10 days for them to answer. Last correspondence from them was automated, said they were having high volume of warranty request. That was 3 weeks ago.

Ordered and received an $1800 flail mower that was rattling and defective. When I tried to get it replaced or refunded, I encountered major resistance. They did offer to let me repair it myself... does not instill confidence. Clearing 10 acres, I will be buying tens of thousands of dollars in equipment. This company screwed up real bad. My only other option was to dispute it with my credit card company, which in 20+ years I have never had to do. I will never buy from this company again. Cheap chinese crap

I purchased a toothbar from this company. It was a 100 lb piece of equipment for tractor. It had manufacturer defects with a bends due to poor welding. Also, half of the hardware to install the item was missing. They said to take it to a Metal Fabricator and get a quote on what it would take to correct the defects. When I gave them the quote, they only offered to pay 20% of the price to correct. After lugging this thing around for a month getting them quotes, the best I could get out of them was a refund if I repackaged then took it to a Fed Ex shipper. Do not order from this company!
