Mower broke 2nd use, less than 2 hours mowing short grass. Filed warranty claim on internet, only way to contact them. Told me to take it and get repair estimate. Did that, not worth fixing. Sent photos and video as requested. 10 weeks into this, have not had response from company in 3 weeks. Since mower is unusable and not repairable, I requested refund. No response since that request. Mower was purchased in December, broke on second use in May, company claims 1 year warranty. They only accept calls to place orders. All other business is email and any correspondence with them takes 5-10 days for them to answer. Last correspondence from them was automated, said they were having high volume of warranty request. That was 3 weeks ago.
