If I could give 0 I would. After paying almost $500 for a painting of an elderly cat, they "lost" it after 6 weeks, and 2 weeks after the cat had died. Then the only message is we can resend it at no cost. 1) what do you mean resend if I never received anything? 2) no cost? I didn't do anything. 3) really no refund offer or anything at all? If anyone needs screenshots let me know but DO NOT ORDER THROUGH PAINT YOUR LIFE. Just absolutely awful.

The painting came out 110% better than I expected. The whole process was amazing, they catered to my every ask (which was a lot) and made sure I loved the rough draft before starting. I got my husband a painting of his dad who passed away with our son who was born just a year after his passing. He loved it so much and hung it above the fireplace, we love looking at it everyday and we're so pleased with how it turned out!
