My picture was approved on November 24th for my father, his mother just recently passed away and so did his father so I got a picture made of my grandparents, father, and my kids together and the picture says 3-5 business days to ship out. It has been almost 3 weeks and nothing has shipped. The picture was suppose to be for a birthday present and never arrived and no it won't even arrive for Christmas either. They won't give me an answer why it hasn't shipped and still hasn't shipped it and they don't know when it will be shipped. No answers and terrible service.

My grandfather looks very similar to the picture. His daughter, my aunt, almost cried at the picture so I would say the artist did an amazing job.

I uploaded my photos and within a day I got some pictures to comment on and lots of previews. It's very expensive for what it is but it turned out beautiful. My MIL's father passed away & I had him painted next to her with angel wings. I'm giving it to her as a Christmas gift

I had an old picture of my Brother and Sister In Law's wedding day that was not very clear.
They never got their wedding photo's due to an issue with the photographer.
I saw the ad online and decided to get them a painted version of the blurred picture.
The end product was amazing! Clear, concise and beautiful!
