My experience *******@paintyourlife was exceptional. 100% communication throughout the whole process of creating what I wanted down to every detail. They created a portrait of my late father together with my children it's absolutely beautiful. I cannot say anything bad about this company the shipping was quick as well. Thank you for this portrait I will cherish it, I love to see that smile I miss dearly every time I walk past the painting.

Throughout the entire process updates were given delayed outside of the given time which resulted in my getting the product much later than originally quoted. Therefore, I received the item too late and was out of the country a month. U ae to inspect the quality of the painting

I had commissioned two paintings from paintyourlife.com. I received them last week. The first painting was very good however the second painting the artist painted the subject completely wrong adding long hair. I have contacted them but they said they would do nothing to correct it. The painting was shipped from china so assume they do not have artists in the US. Be careful dealing with them. All I wanted was the hair corrected but they refuse to help. Their customer support is horrible and I will not use them again. Their guarantee of 100 percent satisfaction is a smoke screen. Buy from US artists to avoid this joke of a company.

This is my second time ordering from this website. I ordered in September 2021. This order was paid for and hit has not shipped. It has been in the waiting to pick up status for over a week. I have contacted the company to let them know that this shipping had a promise date of 10/25/2021. It is now 10/30/2021 and it is still in the waiting to be picked up status. I need this painting before November 3,2021.
The customer service reps keep saying " you will receive your painting before (11/3/2021). I don't know why this is in the waiting to be picked up status for so long however if this item isn't here by 11/3/2021 i am going to be requesting a full refund or disputing the charge

Our beloved Cooper of 15 years passed away last October. He left a huge whole in our heart. We have many photos and videos of him that we took from the time we brought him home as a puppy. Omg Paint Your Life was absolutely amazing to work with! They took all of our suggestions and applied it to make the perfect portrait! My father had the portrait made for my brother since our late mother couldn't be at his wedding, and I can't wait for him to get it this coming weekend on our yearly family trip! Originally, the painting was not what I had asked for. I put specifics in the section for the Dream Team to create a customized portrait and the mock up I received was pieced together from the pictures I submitted - exact. But after going through customer service, they asked for more pictures to create the look I wanted. The second mock-up and final painting are AMAZING. I love it! I just wish they'd used the details I asked for in the first go 'round and asked for more pictures if that's what they needed so that it didn't waste an artists time for something I didn't ask for. Even so, the paintings are incredible and I'm beyond happy with the outcome and that they worked to correct it for me even though it was partially my fault for approving the mock-up on the assumption that the dream team would be adjusting the final. Just make sure you submit enough pictures!
I like the end result painting. Thanks to a friend's advice, I asked for them to redo the painting after draft one, because one grandparent's face needed to be redone. The artist had to do two drafts to create a wonderful portrait. I think they have good customer service. I liked the fact you could send multiple photos and have several drafts.
