BAD CUSTOMER CARE

I have shopped here in person, for my art supplies, quite a few times. The first time I ordered online I am still waiting for my goods a month later! Phone calls IGNORED emails IGNORED. I 'll stick to buying from places like ART TO ART at least what you order actually arrives.
