I purchased a bangle bracelet from Pacific Pearls. The design is beautiful and it is comfortable to wear. It looks like the picture online but exceeds my expectation by far! I've had so many compliments on this bracelet so far.
I ordered an 11mm soft pink pearl earrings but instead received a dark purplish- brownish pearl? What a disappointment! I can't recommend.
no delivery date anywhere at checkout/pay. How can a customer decide whether or not the item being purchased will arrive on time. No where during check out are you provided with delivery options either. This item must arrive no later than mothers day.
The price initially was $69 but when I went to it, it was about $50 more. I ordered anyone. I just hope I am happy, really happy or I'm hoping if I am not happy with this purchase, returning won't be a problem.
Hardest site I have ever used. Tried to get logged into my account for two days. finally checked out with Amazon. Tried to create a new account. Prompted to enter email. No place to enter email.

The necklace is nice. The problem that I encountered is I bought it through Morning Save. I have a $20.00 gift card from your company but I found that Morning Save does not honor your gift cards. In other words I screwed up ordering something from Morning Save.
The bracelet that I ordered does not look as nice as the picture it looks terrible. It doesn't look new it doesn't look like the picture at all
Button to pay was almost cut off. Wasn't sure if I actually hit it. Also, it's sort of slow to browse and I couldn't lower quantity without just removing entirely and adding it again.
The items listed show a VIP price. I wasn't sure if I had a VIP rating. After checking out the price increased by double the VIP rating. Why don't you show that price. Also, I used the BLACKFRIDAY at checkout, but I didn't see any difference in the total price!
The discounted prices were good. However, shipping was promised for 7-10 days, and took a month instead. When I contacted PP to complain, I was told that it wasn't their issue, and they washed their hands. I ordered 4 items and received a necklace/earring/ring set for free. The free set was sitting loose in the shipping bag when I received it, and pieces from two of the other items were out of their boxes and loose in the bag.
The prices are still good, and I will buy from PP if I need pearls, but I won't recommend them anymore without significant warnings.
The website allowed me to continue without entering a shipping address and i had to select it by clicking on the link - ship to other address.
Placing my order was very frustrating because I was redirected back to your site from PayPal because I hadn't chosen a shipping method WHICH I HAD. Finally I added a"ship to another address" using the same address and the my purchase FINALLY went through.
The Amazon Pay link did not work. I tried several times and even switched accounts and it still did not work. Also, the shipping address does not show, so I really hope this is not shipping to me. I sent it to my mother.
