I have contacted numerous times over the last week though email and phone messages since they do not pick up the phone even if I use the sales extension wanting to get the tracking info on my shipment with no response. The shipment has been out 10 business days thus far. Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere.
I purchased a White South Sea Pearl 13mm and its hard to imagine what it will actually look like in the flesh, so to speak. I was NOT disappointed it is beautiful, its clean surface and lustre is so good I can see my reflection. I love, love, love it. Thank you too to the lady who was really helpful and assured me that I was purchasing a very high quality pearl. It arrived extremely well packaged and presented beautifully. I would not hesitate in purchasing in the future, just need to save more money!

I purchased a bangle bracelet from Pacific Pearls. The design is beautiful and it is comfortable to wear. It looks like the picture online but exceeds my expectation by far! I've had so many compliments on this bracelet so far.

I bought the $450 pearl necklace. COMPLETE CLASSIC COLLECTION White 9-10mm Princess Necklace with 14K White Gold Filled Clasp. They are NOT pearls. They will not replace it. I sent pictures. They won't honor their "warranty". What a scam.

I received the tracking link after 20 days after contact them on Instagram, in Instagram they said the reason of the delay is because my address is to short but they emailed me an apology and they said (Due to the Covid-19, USPS had restrictions on deliveries but those restrictions have been lifted and we were able to process your order) idk what should I believe

Well I'm very disappointed with Pacific pearls I have to say that I ordered these on May 10,2020 now I'm coming into May 21 and have yet to receive my items via tracking via anything. That's being I have emailed customer services via phone chat email which doesn't Not work! No response at this point hoping that I was not taken advantage of and Pacific just didn't took my money and RUN WITH! This was a gift for my mother's birthday her 93rd birthday and as a date I have not received anything it be great if someone can reach out to me give me some tracking information because at this point it only says item is processing and that is since May 10th, 2020! Hoping this was Not a Scam Because this is the first time Pacific Pearl has done this to me! I get it regarding the Pandemic/COVID 19 we are All going through because I'm one of them whom is being quarantined for COVID 19. But still some communications would be Wonderful! Im Truly Disappointing at this point!
