This is the most irresponsible, uncaring, unprofessional organizations I have ever experienced. They never answer their phones and rarely return calls. As a physician I strongly suggest you use any other provider than this one.
My experience was I got a used machine with 7000 hours on it and it was dead on arrival. The shipping box is three times bigger than the machine. After repeated attempts I finally got a return authorization. Shipping this huge box is a major hassle. And costly. The next machine arrived with bearing failure. It lasted 5 minutes. I emailed but heard nothing back. My warranty has expired. From the first machine. So that is that. Same game that is being run on eBay. I patrol those waters.
Why would they send out a broken machine? I am sick and tired of animal products companies not being held responsible for their negligence. To most people our animals are our children and if you are part of the reason they died you should be held responsible.No amount of money can change what happen nor bring Nigel back, but you should not have to pay for the failed equipment.
