Horrible Service

This is the most irresponsible, uncaring, unprofessional organizations I have ever experienced. They never answer their phones and rarely return calls. As a physician I strongly suggest you use any other provider than this one.

Ripped off
June 5, 2020

My experience was I got a used machine with 7000 hours on it and it was dead on arrival. The shipping box is three times bigger than the machine. After repeated attempts I finally got a return authorization. Shipping this huge box is a major hassle. And costly. The next machine arrived with bearing failure. It lasted 5 minutes. I emailed but heard nothing back. My warranty has expired. From the first machine. So that is that. Same game that is being run on eBay. I patrol those waters.

This is unacceptable!

Why would they send out a broken machine? I am sick and tired of animal products companies not being held responsible for their negligence. To most people our animals are our children and if you are part of the reason they died you should be held responsible.No amount of money can change what happen nor bring Nigel back, but you should not have to pay for the failed equipment. If they didnt correct the issue when it failed then they should be held accountable for sure! R. I. P Nigel

Oxygen Concentrater

Very pleased with the service that this company provides. My machine was malfunctioning and repairman gave me a quick and honest repair and l didn't have to have my mother with out her oxygen for very long. Honest and prompt service makes a company l am very pleased to do business with.
