Please give us a call to discuss your concerns, the machine is most likely working properly. No need to trash our company because you did not get the results you expected. Ewot is not a cure for kidney disease or anything else. We do return all calls if messages are left. Larry LaClair

Yes, your company does need to be trashed because you have the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
