I placed an order for a ring. A few days later I received an email that it was on backorder for 4-6 weeks. I asked to cancel the order. Three days later with no response I sent another email asking to cancel the order. Still no response the following day I called and spoke to someone who assured me they would cancel the order and send confirmation. The next day STILL no confirmation. I wrote the company and told them I simply wanted a confirmation in writing that the order had been cancelled and my credit card credited the amount they charged me. They finally sent me a very unprofessional letter stating the order had been cancelled. I would never order from them again simply for poor customer service!

Just discovered this website, although my experience with overstocksilver.com occurred late last year. I purchased one of the Tiffany inspired diamond by the yard necklaces. The quality is horrible! My sister had ordered one from another site and hers actually looks like the one made by Tiffany. Mine did not! Due to the holidays, I did not get it returned within the 30 day return period (my fault.) Can't even get an exchange for something else, which I realize is totally my fault for missing the 30 day time limit. Just want to make sure consumers are aware of the terrible quality. Wish I had known about this site last year!

At least they are up front and tell you their stuff is fake. Prices are reasonable for the quality. Order came fairly quickly. Their customer service is quite poor, even though their website boasts they have "award winning" customer service (ha ha ha - a joke) They sent me the wrong sized chain for a necklace I ordered. Taking advantage of their 30 day money back guarantee, I decided to send back my purchase and followed all the instructions listed on their website. Per delivery confirmation my merchandise was delivered back to them on 1/13. They ignored my 2 emails. Finally I called them on 1/27 and they said they processed my refund back to my credit card the day before. Also they subtracted the "free shipping" off the amount. They offered me a store credit with the full amount which I declined. I see my credit card transactions on line and as of 2/3 there in NO AMOUNT credited back to my credit card! Crappy, poor customer service. I will now have to file for a charge back through my credit card company. Will not order from them again!
