If you're thinking about ordering from RPG outlet, do it! Their wigs are beautiful and the hair is soft. I love their customer service. I've never had a problem with them. Their prices are excellent and the wigs are of great quality & long-lasting.

If you have three weeks to wait for your hair then order from them, if you're expecting it within a reasonable time this is not the company for you wish I could review the actual hair but it's nowhere to be found :)

The unit I ordered looks nothing like what I received. The quality, color, density, etc does not match the description for what I thought I purchased. I'm so disappointed. This unit looks like a synthetic hot mess. Definitely not worth the "outlet" price I paid.

The customer service of this company was outstanding. I ordered an item and once I received it, I realized it wasn't what I was looking for. I reached out for assistance and they were more than accommodating in assisting with an exchange. They were kind and understanding. They have earned themselves a returning customer.
