Called before I ordered my package for some additional information. Staff quickly answered my questions and recommended products that best suited my needs. Great service.
Overall service and delivery was great, however, I was disappointed in the products. One collar is working properly and the other is defective. Both collars were used in the same area. The defective collar would go in and out where the other would stay on solid.
