I had a good experience. I called and talked to a customer service representative who explained the trade-in program. From our conversation, I ordered the unit. I will send in the Astro 320 this week to receive the trade-in refund.

I do recommend that you have your content on the website reviewed by a content creator or web/UX writer. I found instances where the wrong word is used and missing punctuation.
