Outbyte is a scam

I got 3months for $15.99 to update the drivers on my laptop. I now can no longer use my wireless mouse because of driver error. I went to their support page and they wanted to access my laptop and that is not going to happen. They updated 150 drivers on my laptop but when it came to updating my mouse, it could not connect to the server. I should have done some research and I would have saved my money if I would have known they are a scam. Please stay away from them!
