OurWorld is 5 stars. Many people spent money on the game and spent years building up their accounts. I spent much of my childhood into my teen years playing this game and so did my sisters and I have met many life long friends on this game. I really wish it would come back

Im going to break this game down piece by piece of my overall experience over the past 12 years of me playing.

Staff- Over the years the staff has diminished and only left us with some of the laziest and worst customer service reps i've ever seen. They will hang up with you on calls, not explain anything, and overall are just lazy and unreasonable people who don't fit a standard call service job. They don't follow their own guidelines and mostly couldn't careless about the safety of their players. This game was intended for children, yet when numerous people were exposed for being pedophile, ourworld staff turns their heads because "those players spend money". It's actually disgusting how poorly and moneythirsty this company is ran.

The community- This website is by far the most unstable and unsafe website i've ever come across. Hackers run this game and have even got access to every player's personal info. Ourworld's website security is horrid and allowed hackers to get pretty much every piece of information through their database and hands it out like it's candy. They support anybody who provides their website money. Going back to my last point: There was and still is an active pedophile on this game that has had proof brought fourth against him and reported to Ourworld Staff. Staff said they would "look into it", and dropped the entire thing because the customer is a "paying customer". The amount of hackers and scammers running around this website freely because ourworld customer service and staff doesn't have common sense is disgusting.

Overall,
If you are letting your kid play this game, Don't. This website isn't secure with both security and the players on it.

I really like the games and the overall idea behind this website.

The only problem I really have is the people in chat. They find ways around the filter and say very inappropriate things sometimes. If chat was eliminated, I would have no issues. The chat makes this website inappropriate for children under 16.

Seriously though, this site is pretty great otherwise. The games are really fun, and most of them are pretty simple to play. For anyone who is mature and over 16, this is a great website.
