I stumbled upon this website while looking for a "Clint Eastwood - Got To See The World Before It Went To Sh__" T-Shirt. The prices were much better than others I looked at, so I ordered that shirt for myself and my sister, along with another dress shirt I found that looked great. I have been shopping on the website many times since then, as they always have great looking merchandise at great prices. I would highly recommend "OuKu" to everyone looking for stylish, up-to-date products at a great price.

Lastly after giving me coupons to spend more $$ at their site, which I did not do, they then delete the entire chain of communication. Also the pictures makethe fabric look bulkier and more hearty than it is. The entire shirt feels cheap and not advadvertised. Very shady company.
I was hesitant at first ordering online, but shopping with Ouku has put my mind at ease. I had an issue with my first order not being what I expected but Ouku rectified the situation immediately and I have since placed several more orders. I have ordered Beautiful shirts, pants, shoes and siuts from the company. All I can say is to be sure to note the size chart for each product befor ordering.
I bought shorts and shirts from Ouku and I really like the fabric. The shorts came larger than I expected, contact the costumers support for exchange and I got a reply right away with instructions to return. I paid for the return and they said they will reimburse me but I told them to not worry about.
And before my return got there I received a confirmation that the exchange was on my way.

I ordered a men's jacket XL, shoulder width 106 cm. The jacket arrived, it says XL, but in fact it is very small, it looks like size S. I measured it at the shoulders with an interference fit of 98 cm. So I'm thinking of sending it back or just giving it to someone. It's very disappointing, but I I was waiting so much, I wanted to give a gift to my husband. Need to buy on trusted sites, and not where there are tempting prices.

I ordered a jacket based on the image of that item hosted on the OUKU site which suggested that the garment was well made and of natural fabrics. The item that arrived was completely made from nylon and although similar in color, was obviously not what I was expecting. I ordered the wrong size. Ouku credited me right away. The clothes looked like their pictures and fit perfectly. My partner looks amazing in the linen pants and shirts.
Ouku was quick to resolve any issues.
Terrible quality - I purchased two shirts and these are nothing like the advertised photos - low quality thin fabric, very much oversized, delivery wasn't fast enough either. Result - items went straight to trash bin. Complete disappointment.

I purchased there to go on vacation with. The website indicated I would have the clothes in plenty of time. A month later, they still had yet to arrive. Not to worry, they said I could return them when I go back for a full refund
They do not honor their return policy. Here's their response blamed on the pandemic: "If the product has been received within the last 14 days, belongs to our returnable categories, is new with the original tag and packaging, and is in accordance with our return policies, you may return it to our warehouse in Asia. (Due to the global epidemic, we were forced to close our overseas warehouses.)
However, based on our experience, return costs can be equal to or half the price of your package, even using the cheapest post office tracking service. Thus, returning to Asia may not be the most cost-effective option. Instead, we suggest keeping the products."

These clothing products are not just poor quality, they are truly trash. The return policy is also a scam. Your options are; pay the return shipping to Taiwan, or receive a 50% credit for what you paid. A total scam!

I found this website with nice items and good prices, and I would to test it. The item was delivered in the time explained, and really nice and good fit (I followed the size guide as suggested).

Pictures of products listed in Ouku look soft, warm, comfortable, plush and well made. What you get is very cheap, thin nylon product that I would not be seen wearing. So disappointed.

So, I have waited for weeks and weeks for my order to arrive. I tracked my order on numerous occasions, through this Track 17 service, and it says that the order has arrived at the shipping facility on the 13th of January 2024, then it arrived on the 15th of January 2024, now we are back to the 13th. And while there is a disclaimer that the tracking may not be up to date. Why on earth even offer a tracking mechanism if it is not going to be kept up to date. I am so frustrated with Ouku even before I see my shirt. My shirt had better blow my mind with its quality, looks, feel, etc, because if it doesn't, I can see me being on a mission to spread the truth about Ouku. I really like the look of the products, I really do. Customer service is pathetic.

FIRST, They claim that their legit company is located in Singapore they are not, they're centered in China.
The material that they ship to you is nothing like what is shown on the pictures, Cheap, cheap material... poorly made faded out close that looks like they've been worn for years. Some of them, I didn't even recognize when I got them, I had to look at the picture, then back at the close and I still didn't know what I was looking at. It would be an insult to give them to goodwill, what can they do with them, nothing!
Finding out afterwards, that the whole company was forced to shut down several times, that isn't comforting to their customers that are buying from them, why did they shut down, because of their fraud ways!
It's just plain and simple, they are a scam company from China.
Another thing... I can't upload proff of pictures because it won't let me... I have the proof people, just saying, I tried.
