Shirt was supposed to be made of linen, not a strange fabric. No info where shirt was made, by whom, how to wash it... for me OUKU are thieves. Original order + what I received are attached
The descriptions match the article received and, although sizes vary immensely from article to article, once you figure it out, it works. I'm not a fan of everything synthetic but it's ok. My biggest complaint is I thought I was getting home delivery but it is delivered to a location nearby, although I did not choose it
These clothing products are not just poor quality, they are truly trash. The return policy is also a scam. Your options are; pay the return shipping to Taiwan, or receive a 50% credit for what you paid. A total scam!

Been trying to send the 2 jackets ouku delivered to me one week ago. One jacket was a small and should have been large the other jacket was an extra large and should have been a large. I filled in Ouku's return form but it keeps saying processing when i hit send. This is a scam site. I lost my $94. Dont be a fool like me, keep your money in your pocket.

The prices were much better than others I looked at, so I ordered that shirt for myself and my sister, along with another dress shirt I found that looked great. Had een product gekocht 200€ en met verzendkosten in totaal 275€. Nu is het product niet wat ik wilde en wil ik het terug sturen maar ik krijg naar dagen geen antwoord op de vraag om mij een retourformulier te bezorgen. Mensen wees aandachtig want veel producten komen van Temu of Ali dit is een dropschiping site op zich niets mis mee maar als ze je geen antwoord en kans om iets terug te sturen dan is dit oplichting. Dus wees aandachtig mensen!
I ordered a men's jacket XL, shoulder width 106 cm. The jacket arrived, it says XL, but in fact it is very small, it looks like size S. I measured it at the shoulders with an interference fit of 98 cm. So I'm thinking of sending it back or just giving it to someone. It's very disappointing, but I I was waiting so much, I wanted to give a gift to my husband. Need to buy on trusted sites, and not where there are tempting prices.

Not a great experience but Good. The clothes are of a mediocre quality. They are in my opinion overpriced for what you are getting. The linen is very light and suitable for warm weather. The stitching isn't great and a lot of loose threads evident in what I bought. Overall 3 stars out of 5. I deducted 2 stars as the delivery is expensive and orders can take 3 to 4 weeks to be delivered as in my case.
I appreciate the professional and excellent work done to help me. I am completely satisfied with the quick resolution and service I received. Sample words "Customer Service"... I liked everything I ordered and look forward to more.

I ordered a jacket based on the image of that item hosted on the OUKU site which suggested that the garment was well made and of natural fabrics. The item that arrived was completely made from nylon and although similar in color, was obviously not what I was expecting. I have now had 2 orders from OUKU. For both the quality was pretty ok -not outstanding but their value for money is outstanding.
The website is very good and tracking info etc helpful. The marketing is very clever and I have just made a third order.
I recently purchased a pair of shoes from Ouku and I was blown away by the experience. The website was easy to navigate and the checkout process was seamless. I received my order within two days and the shoes were exactly as described. Overall, I had a great experience shopping online with Ouku and I would definitely recommend it to others.
I ordered the products from the online store ouku.com. The goods arrived within the promised time, but some of the products did not correspond to the dimensions given in the online store, and the quality of the products did not correspond to the description and photos in the online store. I wanted to return these products, but the online store's return process failed due to a technical error on the website. I tried to contact the online store several times by e-mail service[at]ouku.com and ticket[at]service.ouku.com, but after the purchase the customer support did not respond to my e-mails. Later, my account in the online store ouku.com was also deleted or blocked! Couldn't log in with my user data anymore.

OUKU customer service
I bought shorts and shirts from Ouku and I really like the fabric. The shorts came larger than I expected, contact the costumers support for exchange and I got a reply right away with instructions to return. I paid for the return and they said they will reimburse me but I told them to not worry about.
And before my return got there I received a confirmation that the exchange was on my way.
Service and delivery quite good. Sizes are not always the correct fit. Most items need to be ordered a size bigger than normal. Quality is as expected for the price.
