Terrible just terrible!
I ordered four pants from this company, 3 came in complete different sizes that what I ordered and 1 came with a broken zipper but correctly sized.
I politely communicated with them asking for a refund or for them to send me new pants as this was their fault not mine.
They continued to take days to respond and deny responsibility offering me small refunds rather than the true full refund they should be giving me because as previously said this was their fault.
Atrocious customer service I am appalled.
They would constantly promise to contact us within 24 hours, 48 hours etc... but never actually contact us until we would have to reach out for a 3rd and 4th time.
Disgusting. I have never been treated so terribly by customer service like this in my life! They are a branch of light in the box and ouko DO NOT BUY, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

The sweater I purchased was un usually long an the color was not at all as it appeared in the picture.
They said I had to pay the shipping to Asia and it had to arrive in 14 days and went on an on about the article, a sweater hoodie in my case, about the condition.
They offered only 20% if I kept the item.
They offered store credit-like I want to give them more business!
The expensive sweater hoodie was light blue not normal or dark as it appeared in the picture and fit like a woman's dress it was sooooooo long.
I will never shop them again.

Had een product gekocht 200€ en met verzendkosten in totaal 275€. Nu is het product niet wat ik wilde en wil ik het terug sturen maar ik krijg naar dagen geen antwoord op de vraag om mij een retourformulier te bezorgen. Mensen wees aandachtig want veel producten komen van Temu of Ali dit is een dropschiping site op zich niets mis mee maar als ze je geen antwoord en kans om iets terug te sturen dan is dit oplichting. Dus wees aandachtig mensen!

I recently ordered some clothes for my vacation from Ouku, and I'm honestly so excited about it! The women's clothing I got fit really well, and quality was way better than I expected. The fabric feels great, and everything looks just like the pictures online.

Shipping was super quick too – I got my order in just a few days, which was awesome. I was so happy with everything that I told my husband about it, and he ended up finding some really nice stuff in the men's section too...

I purchased there to go on vacation with. The website indicated I would have the clothes in plenty of time. A month later, they still had yet to arrive. Not to worry, they said I could return them when I go back for a full refund

They do not honor their return policy. Here's their response blamed on the pandemic: "If the product has been received within the last 14 days, belongs to our returnable categories, is new with the original tag and packaging, and is in accordance with our return policies, you may return it to our warehouse in Asia. (Due to the global epidemic, we were forced to close our overseas warehouses.)

However, based on our experience, return costs can be equal to or half the price of your package, even using the cheapest post office tracking service. Thus, returning to Asia may not be the most cost-effective option. Instead, we suggest keeping the products."

I ordered 2 shirt size L, they looked More like xxl.
I wanted to return the shirts.
First they offered 30%, then 50 %.
For a full refund ( minus the shipping costs) I shipped it to germany on my oen cost. It arrived there at 21 May.
I have not recieved my money back.

The won't respond to my email anymore.

Terrible quality - I purchased two shirts and these are nothing like the advertised photos - low quality thin fabric, very much oversized, delivery wasn't fast enough either. Result - items went straight to trash bin. Complete disappointment.

You better check the information concerning the materials … polyester is mainly used as fabric.
Regarding the price it's ok and the time of delivery varies from order to order. Received some orders within a week but it could also take 3 weeks to receive your stuff. The customer service was friendly and responded quite quickly.
So if you have no allergy against nylon, polyester etc. and looking for some nice and fancy clothes on a low rate, it's ok ordering here.

Not a great experience but Good. The clothes are of a mediocre quality. They are in my opinion overpriced for what you are getting. The linen is very light and suitable for warm weather. The stitching isn't great and a lot of loose threads evident in what I bought. Overall 3 stars out of 5. I deducted 2 stars as the delivery is expensive and orders can take 3 to 4 weeks to be delivered as in my case.

Horrible company. I regret ordering from them. They ship the wrong size them want me to pay for shipping due to their error?!
Lastly after giving me coupons to spend more $$ at their site, which I did not do, they then delete the entire chain of communication.
Also the pictures makethe fabric look bulkier and more hearty than it is. The entire shirt feels cheap and not advadvertised.
Very shady company.
