Love the beautiful selection, quality and comfort of these wonderful sandals! Who would suspect they are also wonderful for my arch support? Amazing prices, selection and quick and easy delivery options! I will definitely keep coming back for more!
(As others noted) was not impressed in quality (Propet Blizzard boots) and when requested a return it was like 'taking blood' and they must be anemic since they gave me nothing but a hassle trying to acquire the refund. Repeated emails that took weeks and twice they tried to tell me they credited my card (and did not). After further pressing they actually told me there was a problem w/ 'my' payment and when I asked why didn't they tell me this up front (more jibber jabber). Finally (when I called) they informed me they would need to 'send me a check' (which took even more time) to finally reach me. SHADY outfit! FYI in my view many of their '5 star reviews' look professionally written (they do that for a fee). Best save your money (and blood pressure) and shop elsewhere.

This site has been a nightmare. I have had to come back three different times to get a friggin order placed. Ya'll send an email indicating something that has no reference to help. It is just lucky for this store to get my business at all, I am trying a pair of sandals.
The popups about facebook and messaging help make it take twice as long because they keep coming up and you can't do anything until you click to close them< Over and over and over again. If I didn't need these shoes I would not bother.

I had a very difficult time placing the order. It kept saying my postal code was incorrect. If postal code is the same as zip code it was not incorrect. I sent and email and apparently someone fixed it. My order went through.
I felt it was bait and switch. I was sent a 10% off code news-10 and I didn't receive my 10% off. False advertising!

I order 2 pairs of insole i Paid $118.00 i gave them there money no problem. 2 weeks later i don't see any insoles so i started calling the orthotic shop no answer i called 4 more times now i see that they are not going to answer the phone. Oh this is the run around NOW. So i started emailing someone. They ran me around for 3 weeks say they have to check the warehouse 3 times. Lol i said to the person on the other end of this email that the world was build in 7 days why is yall stalling me out its BEEN 5 weeks later. They act like they were looking for something. They give me a copy of the tracking number all it says is that it was delivered to The ciy of Phadelphia USA not to my home. They is lieing. That driver never came to MY home. I have 2 video camers out front i told them to use google earth they will see the camers out front. Whappen is they have me pay for FEDEX and they used Amozon and those worker just don't care im sure you have seen the picture on the news. MICKEY MOUSE CO.

I am very disappointed with this company. I was very happy to find a pair of heels with arch support to wear to my daughter's wedding, so I bought a pair of supportive booties that I was very happy with, and that made me want to give some good walking shoes a try. The walking shoes just did not fit right. I tried different combinations of insoles, different lacing strategies, anything I could find on the internet. Nothing worked. So I contacted customer service, told them the situation, and they told me to send them back. And then a whole different mess happened. My mistake for thinking Orthotic Shop would have as good of customer service as Orthofeet. It's really too bad, because Orthotic Shop has a better selection, but now I know that if there are any problems, I can't trust them.
ordering system was not smooth. Took many tries to clear cart and start over again. Will use again because of good products being sold.
Last evening I spent over two hours trying to order these shoes. It refused to take my credit card. I sent you a request to contact me today to resolve the issue. In 15 hours you never responded. The credit card has the largest limit on it. I used another one today so as not to repeat what I went through last night.
I have not received my order and there was no link attached for me to send that in.
Twice now I have received coupon codes from you that don't work. Quit sending them or I will become angry enough to shop elsewhere.

Earlier I ordered two pair of shoes. When entering the filled cart and paying my payment with Amazon did not accept my password hence I started over and lost the earlier two pair of shoes. I don't know what I did wrong but I noted too many sites offering similar or the same shoes. Which one to choose? I had no idea as my first order did not appear to register. This whole experience was very confusing.

I ordered my shoes on 10/6 with a delivery timeframe of 10/11 to 10/16. I requested a tracking number on 10/12. Was told they forwarded my order to Propet because their warehouse was out of the shoes. They were going to give me a tracking number as soon as Propet gave it to them. I tried again on the 14th. It's now after 7 p.m. on 10/17 and I not only don't have my shoes, I still don't have a tracking number.

I was searching for sandal slides with a high arch and found some I liked online at The Orthotic Shop. They offered a 10 percent off coupon code on your first order, so I placed an order. When I entered the coupon code they gave me, it said the coupon was invalid. I almost canceled my order at that point and I wish I had, but I needed the slides for a trip, so I ordered anyway without the discount. When I first received them, they fit nicely and the high arch felt perfect for my feet. However after wearing them off and on for 4 days, the material stretched somewhat and the left one began to have a problem. As I walked, my heel slipped off the shoe to the right so that my foot was no longer aligned with the shoe but was at an angle. If I manually put my foot back in alignment, the upper automatically moved it back to the angle after a few steps. The right one still fit perfectly, so the left obviously had a flaw. I wrote the company and their first response was to simply say they couldn't accept a return on an item that had been worn. I wrote back and pointed out that the shoes were less than a week old and that there was an obvious fault in the manufacture of the left shoe since the right didn't have this problem. I couldn't believe that they wouldn't stand behind their product. Their response was that there was no flaw- I just needed a shoe with more support to correct my gait. There is nothing wrong with my "gait". I have 3 other pair of slides (without the high arch) and none of them exhibit this problem. If anyone else has a high arch and is looking for slides, try Rack Room Shoes. They have several brands that fit the bill and they actually have customer service. I feel like I threw away $64 and I will never order from this company again.

I bought a pair of the Spira walkers, wore them walking ONCE, the tongue was digging into my ankles and was very uncomfortable. I called customer service to return them and explained what had happened. No mention was made that they resell the returned shoes. They received the shoes back on 11/5 and I did not receive any notification as of 11/10 so I called them to get a status update. I was told that they denied the return because the shoes were 'worn' and they couldn't resell them. So, I'm out $128 for shoes I can't wear!
I would not recommend doing business with this company since you are stuck if the shoes don't fit right. You would have to wear them around the house on carpet for a while so they would be in PERFECT condition or you won't get your money back. The supervisor told me I could 'break them in more'. I'm going back to Gravity Defyer - shoes I've worn for 8 years and did NOT have to break in! And, their customer service is MUCH easier to deal with!

Make sure you know whatever shoes you buy from the Orthotic store fits you perfectly! They are terrible on returns!
