First purchase from this website. Shoe is for my daughter. Hope the sizing is correct. We may need to return for a larger size.
I had to contact Orthotics Shop because, after 8 days, I still hadn't received my order. The customer service contact was prompt and appoligized, said they would refund my shipping charge (not sure if this has happened yet). My order arrived in the next day or two. Overall, satisfied with the website and the service. Luckily, we weren't in any rush to receive the order.
Problem with different methods of payment, turned out credit card got accidentally blocked by Pay Pal
I am delighted with the new black shoes. I have them in bone color, also. These are perfect, and for me to say that about a pair of shoes, is high praise. I plan to come back again and again, for my shoe needs as your shoes are "true to fit".

Shopping experience was excellent. Unfortunately for me, the orthotics did not correct my problem, so it looks like I'll have to see an Orthopedic doctor anyway.
I can see that if my feet rolled in, the orthotics would have been great - too bad my feet roll out.
Still, service and price and delivery were excellent.
I have Plantar Fasciitis and all I cared about was finding a sandal that had that word in the description.
I love the Women's Drew Shoe Lori II style, so I'm pleased you carry it. I have a very wide foot and this shoe is SO comfortable and attractive.
Like the sandals. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the foot contact surface, which squeaks when my foot rubs against it. Wish this was a different material. But they are comfortable and have good arch support.
