This is my 3rd order from orthoticshop.com. The Pinnacle Maxx orthotics do more to relieve my foot pain than prescription models costing hundreds of dollars. I'm sold on Pinnacle Maxx!
I was kicked off the cart/information page twice.
It needs upgrading as far as possibly having two pages: shipping then subtotal and code request.
There needs to be an online link to press to print return cide. The package should include a return/exchage sheet with pissible catalog to choose from.

Assistance received when ordering was excellent. This particular shoe is one of the few I have found that is comfortable with my condition (diabetic with severe neuropathy and partial amputation). Ordering was very easy. Website was easy to navigate. Wasn't satisfied with the quality of color.
I had trouble using Paypal...the system took me to the checkout page 3 times...not sure if I places one order or 3!
Update: I only placed one...the shipment was received very quickly. One item was incorrect, though...sent the wrong color. I called and they arranged to send the correct item and sent me a return receipt by email. The new item was received within three days, like the first and was correct. I was pleased with the way the correction was handled. I am sure orthoticshop.com will work out the kinks in the website and their order fulfillment. Both items I ordered were high quality and I am very pleased with them.
So far so good; the proof comes when the product arrives as planned and ordered! Will follow up
