Wanted answer 2 mens shoe lace up walking shoe x wide 11 style 557-1 disappointed. Could not find.

My order came quickly

I have been happy with my previous orders. However, I found the shoes I received in my last order were uncomfortable and I wanted to return them. When researching returns on the site, I discovered they were not eligible for return! Very disappointed since I now have expensive shoes I cannot wear. Still in the box in the back of the closet, trying to figure out where to donate them.

Arch support not as great as I would have preferred.

The orthotic slippers i bought does a great job of providing support and really helped me with my Plantar Fascitis. This is my second pair as they work well for about 5-6 months and then become a little loose.
