I've been trying various orthotics with must frustration. The Pinnacle Max Powerstep combines both firmness for the arch and softness for the overall foot - a winning combo! It is more supportive than the other inserts I've tried and works in multiple pairs of shoes, something that other inserts were not providing.
Orthotic shop had the hard to find Doctor Specified socks I was looking for. I'll be back for more, along with some additional orthotic supplies'
