See better business bureau complaints. Still waiting for a $10 part they are trying to blame the shipper for. Incredible how they refuse to take responsibility for broken part even with picture showing theres no way in hell shipping could have done this. Typical fly by night business practice.
Cant speak for anyone one else but my experience was awesome! They were quick and responsive, and even with all this mess going on my order still came fast. Bought the ssr 110cc, Placed order on the 17th june and my bike arrived today 30th of june. Thank you orion powersports I will be recommending you to everyone I know!
Bike rides great, came with everything you would need, fast shipping and seems well built. My son loves it. Bad is that it had some damaged cosmetic parts that could of happened during shipping or it was just sent out by the company this way. I had given them the list of parts damaged but I still have not received any of the replacements parts. This was back on July 27th over a month ago. If not for this hiccup I would have defiantly given them 5 stars.
Ordered bike fully assembled and tested bike arrived in near perfect condition. Had an issue titling but title and tag was doing it wrong in pa. But figured it out. Bike runs great.! Great little gas saver. Good job guys!
Very pleased with dirt bike and overall purchasing experience. Great customer service. Packaging of bike for shipping was excellent! Very pleased with new motorcycle! Will likely purchase another dirt bike from Orion in the near future!
I'm very impressed with the new 2021 Orion RXB 250, and when k had questions, they answered my emails over the weekend. They don't have a phone number but do respond to both Facebook and e-mail. The owner and employees really care about the bikes they sell and know the product well. They don't hesitate to let you know how to assemble, adjust, and resolves issues you may have.
Bike came missing parts! I paid them to pro prep it so I wouldn't have to assemble anything. Evidently it was not pro prepped because it arrived unable to start and was missing parts. Of course they refused to refund my money. I haven't even received the certificate of origin for it. Which means I can't register it to ride it. So I now have a bike that I can't prove ownership of. Orion power sports has been less than pleasant to work with. They won't answer their phone or even my emails! Not a trustworthy company at all!
The part you were missing was shipped today.
And we do not send titles with bikes for security reasons. You request this after you get your bike. All of this is explained in our FAQ. Just read it.
I ordered a product and when it was finally shipped it was damaged (front wheel wouldn't turn without rubbing. The shipping company took it back. They told me I should file claims with the shipping company and then when they got the bike back, they refused to refund. Their shipping company even noted the damage
This is not true. There was no damage when this bike was returned to us. He falsley noted it on the delivery reciept becasue he had buyers remorse. We even won his dispute with Paypal and now he has to pay the shipping cost to send it back.
Not reliable, no phone calls no representative name, they just collect money and if you received a damage bike they will send you to deal with the shipping company! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY.
ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE IF I COULD I WOULD RATE THEM ZERO STARS
This is a complete lie. We have emails back and forth from you. Your bike had a broken handle bar and you didn't inspect the shipment nor did you notate the damage. If you do not notate this, we cannot file a claim for you. You have to file it direct with the shipper.
This was all in email back and forth.
Let's tell the whole story, I was trying to purchase a bike for my son. Yes, my bad I did not know that I was buying a toddler bike for 750.00. My bad. However, When I asked if I could maybe get some help and purchase a more expensive bike and return this one you were unwilling to do anything. You also called me dumb on the phone. The bike is cheesy made and no warranty papers or instructions came with the bike. Not even decals. I can not even sell the bike because it was way overpriced. I'm just screwed and you are unwilling to even return the bike and allow me to spend more. I think I will return the bike and pay your fees and wash my hands of your company... BUYER BE AWARE PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY THEY ARE THE WORST PEOPLE...
We are very sorry you feel this way but lets tell the full story.
This customer called and said she rejected her bike from the shipping co. Because it was too small for her son and he did not fit on it. We asked if she had read all of the dimensions of the bike online before she ordered. We include "seat height", "wheel base" and "overall dimensions" of every bike so you can properly fit the rider. Her response was "Im just a stupid girl and didn't read them".
We absolutely DID NOT call you dumb. As a matter of fact we insisted that you were smarter than that. We record all phone calls here for training so if anybody would like to hear the conversation, we will provide it to you.
We then explained to her our terms and conditions of the return process and cost. We can return a bike no problem but there is a 20% restocking fee... all disclosed in our terms and conditions, in 3 separate places on our website, available 24 hours a day, to which this customer signed her name too and agreed with before we shipped the bike.
She then proceeded to tell us how unfair we are and how bad our customer service is because we would not waive the restock fee. Eventually resorted to cussing at one of our staff members.
We treat everybody with fairness and respect. We assume that you make decisions with all of the information that we freely give you. We even make ourselves available via phone (9:30am-5pm daily), email and even live chat (9am-9pm) so you can ask any question that you would need to ask, before you purchase, to make sure you purchase the correct size bike.
Her husband Bryan Hawkins also left us a negative review on Google and will not provide any details either. Once again, we are sorry you feel this way.
I had read reviews on this bike that weren't great. However, the 2022 model is a great bike. Alot of folks have said that it lacks power well I'm 220 lbs. And I am getting rooster tails in every gear. Broke it in correctly. I ordered the works to be done on it. I recommend anyone ordering to do the same. I still have to do a 6 month review on my video channels. Orion Powersports did a great job. Everything was torqued greased, and marked properly. We love the bike folks say it's a great starter bike. But, It has plenty of power to put you on your butt if you underestimate it. The only issue was chain stretching. We just bought a chain from Honda. And, now it runs like a champ with no chain play. Great job guys. I will be buying from you again in the future. Look for my reviews on Instagram, and YouTube. Search #cr1s1s2009 *******@cr1s1s2009 on Instagram, and Facebook for future videos, and reviews. I've been riding for years it's a fun bike. Just make sure after break in. Adjust the spokes as needed.
Bike came took around a month to arrive, assembled it just can't get it to start. Title got here in 3 days after requesting. That wasn't so bad. Just need to get it to turn on.
Do NOT buy from Orion powersports!
Orion e16X Gen 1 - 16" Wheels 350W 36V Electric Balance Bike
Bought this bike for my son at Christmas. Didn't work out of the box. They wouldn't take the bike back. After lots of back and forth, talking to techs, sending pictures, and filling out a form on their website and requesting to return the bike over and over; I got a replacement throttle in March. I never asked for a part, i want them to take the bike back. I am very displeased with the service I have been provided. I replaced the throttle and the bike runs, but the throttle is a joke, they might as well have just used a button that says GO. An electric throttle should function as a potentiometer, but instead 95% of the throttle movement has zero input to change your speed.
I had a super73 k1d for my son before but the specs on the orion e16x got me to switch, stupid. The super 73 kids bike was more controlled, easier to ride, and customer service at shops all over the place are great.
If your kid is only on a track and needs to go full throttle or nothing at all then this bike might make sense perhaps.
Im going to try to get a refund and send this bike back one more time and follow up with another review.
I purchased a RPS Hawk 250 dual sport which was advertised as street legal. I purchased the bike and had it assembled by Orion and shipped to my home. When I took the MCO (Mfg certificate of origin) the VA DMV would not title it because the MCO stated dirt bike not dual sport or motorcyle and they provided me with a certification for the dealer to sign to confirm it has the proper DOT required attached to the motorcycle. The form was sent certified to Orion and the company refused to sign and check the appropriate equipment that was assembled to the bike. They refused to sign it and said they would not sent the form back to me because the thought I would forge the document.
I would advise anybody intending to license the bike to make sure they can register in their state before buying from them They advertise them as street legal, but to check your local state. You cannot find out with the MCO and you have to purchase the motorcyle to find out. If you are looking for an offroad bike, this is fine, but my intent was to ride on and off road. We have talked to several employees who refused to help and would not let us talk to the owner of the company.
From Orion:
We DO NOT advertise this bike as street legal. That is not true at all. We clearly state in our description on the website and in our T&C (which you signed off on saying you read), that you will need to contact your DMV for street legal use before you purchase. Street legal depends on where you live. The form you sent was asking us to sign off on the bike being DOT legal and it is not and we do not advertise it as such. You asked us to lie on the form and just say that it was. That is illegal and we cannot do that.
Look at the worst reviews so you know what you could be in for. I didnt look at enough before purchase. Watch out for fake high reviews.
We do not scam people. We have been in business for over 15 years and have thousands of happy customers. C. a is a disgruntled customer that is posting lies about us after loosing her credit card and BBB dispute because she will not tell the truth. We have not changed our name several times but yes we have moved to bigger locations because we continue to grow. Would that be possible if we were scamming people? Would we have 185 site jabber reviews, almost all 4-5 star if we were scamming people?
Answer: Just read our Sitejabber and Google reviews. We have tons of success stories.
Answer: We have changed locations 3 times in 7 years. We keep growing, what can we say
Answer: No they will not be adjusted. Please see this link to see what is included in each service: https://www.orionpowersports.com/blogging/non-assembled-vs-assembled-vs-pro-prep-vs-the-works/
Orion Powersports has a rating of 2.1 stars from 17 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Orion Powersports ranks 45th among ATV sites.
From Orion:
We have shipped 1000s of these units. The damage that he explains is 100% consistent with a drop of the merchandise by the shipper. To act like this is not even possible is not only intellectually dishonest, its not realistic on any level. We have shipped over 35,000 units in our company history, so we know better than anybody what happens in shipping. He can continue to lob insults at us and tell us about how great he is but we have real life experience. Because he did not sign for the unit as damaged we cannot file a claim on his behalf. He is still free to call the shipping company and try to pursue a claim directly.
Also, as a side note. This man has attempted to illegally harass our staff members online thru social media and other ways (cyber bully). He has also illegally attempted to defame our company(libel). If this behavior continues we will be forced to pursue him thru the justice system and take further action. We never want to take this type of action but he has already crossed the line of legality and we will do whatever it takes to keep our staff safe.
