I researched for somewhere to get art printed on a canvas for a birthday. It was ridiculous the prices all the big-name brands were charging! So when I found Optimalprint, I was a little skeptical because of how deeply they discounted the price. Even with express shipping, the total came out to be only a fraction of other company prices. The canvas came early, which I was super happy about because it came in time for the birthday. It was carefully packaged too. And it looks perfect! So far, I have nothing but great things to say. My only potential concern is with how well and long the paint will last, so hopefully, the cheap price isn't a reflection of that. But it looks great right now!

I ordered 2 foam prints for my wedding to display on easels. 1 arrived perfect and was used. The other arrived completely bent across the entire photo in multiple places. Of course this means I could not use it for my wedding. I've attempted to collect my refund twice. They keep telling me I can get a reprint (this is useless to me since my wedding is over now). The "customer service" is a bot in a chat, even though they pretend they're live agents. They'll often be "disconnected" and you'll have to repeat the story with a new "agent." Useless and so disappointing

Tip for consumers:
Don’t expect to get in touch with real people for customer service. Refunds seem impossible despite disappointing quality.

Commande reçu, avec des coups de cutter sur l'affiche, photo flou… SAV qui nous prend pour des jambons! (Uniquement échange par tchat, les interlocuteurs changent toutes les 5 min, cela évite de résoudre le problème et de recommencer une conversation à chaque fois!)
J'ai les photos à l'appui pour la mauvaise qualité et la détérioration de la commande!
Publicité mensongère: satisfait ou remboursé, j'ai les preuves à l'appui que ma commande est en très mauvaise qualité mais rien y fait. Je suis vraiment déçu par ce site. NE PAS COMMANDER

Optimalprint will not offer a refund even though it states it will on their site. They chopped the top and bottom off of the poster. No one is checking these and it shouldn't have been sent. Their excuse, I didn't order the correct size, who would know that! Also, they say it would have shown on the preview and it certainly did not. No mention of out of margin size, no email to say it should be resized. They want your money and they are off and they don't keep to their refund terms.

Tip for consumers:
If you are to use them, review the preview and take a screenshot to prove it looks good when ordering.

After the website crashed on me and I had to redo my entire photo book, I am then informed that I cannot add a cover page at the end of populating a book. I would have to RE START AGAIN.
What a joke! Their site is slow. Using Costco photo centre is much easier and I can add a picture to the back cover, and I can add photos in whatever order I like without causing the website to crash. Just terrible waste of a day.

Spent all evening trying to write a message and a Christmas card saving each line that I wrote when I got to the end everything deleted except for the picture reached out to customer service and basically was told nothing they can do where does my information saved to

Renewal refund... I cancelled my membership renewal immediately after payment. I was assured on 3 different occasions that it would be refunded but as yet it hasn't happened. Very poor customer service!

DISGUSTED AND UPSET
Optimal Print are LYING about delivery times - I spent two days creating a photo book for my daughter's 18th. Although last minute I was amazed that they claimed to be offering fast delivery which turned out to be a lie on checkout I was offer a WEEK LATER. THERE IS NO - YES NO - CONTACT OPTION ALTERNATIVE TO EMAIL WHICH I EXPECT WILL NOT BE RESPONDED TO IN AND SHORT AMMOUNT OF TIME. This was supposed to be a lovely surprise.

The first poster was defective. I sent him back.
The second post arrived 3 days late on schedule.
I do not recommend this company.

Highly recommend. Just did all design and printing, got 50% off in a current offer. Fad quality card and print. Really easy to use. Delivery is so, so quick... ordered sunday, printed and delivered by tuesday! And text and email you to say dispatch etc... could not rate higher!

Evri posted a delivery delay on 5th Jan for an order that was due to be delivered by 11th Jan. When I contacted Optimalprint on 13th Jan their response was just "contact us again if you still haven't received it in 2-3 days and we'll issue a reprint". If I had contacted them 2-3 days earlier I would presumably have had that reprint issued by now. I understand companies can't control what Evri does but they need to either stop using Evri or be prepared to put things right when they inevitably go wrong. Cannot comment on the product quality etc as I haven't received it.

Any problems emailed to them receives a response and a solution. The person contacting you is identified by their name and they don't stop till you are satisfied by their solution.
