Opinions 4 Good Reviews Summary

The company has garnered a mixed reputation among customers, with some positive feedback highlighting the initial incentive of account funding for profile creation. However, a significant number of customers express frustration regarding the survey process, citing issues such as misleading time estimates and difficulties in completing surveys. This has led to perceptions of unreliability and concerns over the legitimacy of the service. Overall, while the company offers an appealing entry point, the execution of its survey offerings leaves many users dissatisfied, indicating a need for improvements in transparency and user experience.

Opinions for good (Op4G.com) starts off by putting money into your account just for a basic profile. All seems good, then when you actually start doing the surveys that they claim only take 10 minutes, you get nothing. You answer questions for 9 minutes and then the system claims the survey is full. Scam. Don't waste your time.

Hi Thomas,

Thanks for taking a moment to review us and share your thoughts.

Firstly, I am sorry for your experience. The initial $2 for signing up is just to get you started. We have members who get paid out each and every month for sharing their insights--they help make our panel great. Each survey comes with an incentive (usually $2 to $10) that we award panelists for successful completion of a survey. A successful completion means that you 1) enter the survey, 2) do not answer a question in a disqualifying manner, 3) answer thoroughly and honestly, and 4) reach the end redirect screen. After your response is evaluated for quality, accuracy and truthfulness (this process is done by our client(s), not Op4G), we are then able to pass along the incentive to you. We at Op4G take data integrity serious, so payouts are a bit slower than your average survey website due to anti-fraud measures--but we always reward our panelists for their efforts.

In terms of the scenario you described, it unfortunately can happen. If a survey has a quota for 100 men in the Northeastern USA and we have 99 out of 100 responses filled, and you're in a survey at the same time as another person fitting that description, and he completes it before you, you will be shown the Quota Full response. We encourage panelists to take surveys as soon as they are issued via email or their dashboard--they fill up fast! Op4G is not credited by the client for terminations or quota full responses (and your response is "thrown away" essentially), therefore we cannot pass along the incentive to the panelist.

We love helping nonprofits as well, if you weren't aware of our model. We've raised nearly half a million dollars for charitable causes around the US thanks to panelists like you who decide to give back.

If you have any other concerns I'd love to hear from you! You can find my email below.

Best wishes and stay safe,
